Our salesperson, John Modaffari, was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and not aggressive about the sale. The internet sales team, I don't remember the person's name, contacted me several times all because I wanted to know the "e-pricing". I understand they have to follow up with people and they really want the sale, however, I do not like aggressive sales people and I almost went to another dealer. Luckily we looked past the internet sales team and remembered the help we had received from John Modaffari when we had gone into the dealership and we returned. He saved the sale for the dealership! We didn't end up with the vehicle we went to look at, our choice, we ended up with a great deal on a used 2013 outback and are ecstatic. We had visited a Toyota dealership (not Baierl) earlier where the salesman didn't know much about the vehicles we looked at and basically dissed my wife several times during the visit. Amy knows the details about the cars she sells, works to find out your needs and puts it together quickly and efficiently. They made us an offer we couldn't turn down with the fairest offer to on my trade in that I've ever gotten. When I picked up the car, Amy provided a comprehensive review of the car and all of the assoicated programs we had purchased. I went to Baierl Subaru to investigate my options for a new car as the end of my lease on a 2010 Corolla was nearing. I didn't walk in expecting to purchase a car today, but Michael was so straightforward and made everything so simple for me that I was able to walk out the door with my new Impreza today. Knowing that my lease was about to end, I've been researching cars and dealerships for a while. The thing I like best about Baierl Subaru is that I never felt pressured to walk out the door with a car today -- even though I ended up doing so. Every time I asked a direct question about prices & options, I received a direct answer from Michael or Garrett, who handled the financing. I have visited other car dealers who have all but refused to tell me the interest rate that I can expect to pay on a car. It was a refreshing change to visit Baierl, where the sell was a little bit softer, and I felt much more comfortable. I came in having done my homework. I feel that the price I received was fair, and I was treated with respect. Everyone I dealt with was straightforward with me. I appreciate that aspect of the experience most of all. I don't expect to have to buy a new Subaru for many years now, but when I do, I will definitely return to Baierl. More

I visited the dealership to but an Impreza sport hatchback, but while Amy was getting the keys to take one for a test drive I spotted an Outback with a manual transmission. After taking the Impreza for the drive I asked to take the Outback for a test drive also. She said 'of course' eve though she had to arrange to have 3 other cars moved to get it out. I took it for a longer than normal test drive. Then I was torn between the two cars. So I went back the next day and we took them both for long test drives. Then I went back the third day, took the Outback for a drive again and then bough it. Amy was very friendly and patient during all of the visits and never pressured me at all to buy a car. She let me take all the time I needed to drive the cars and look over the cars and features and options. I also wanted to say that dealing with Garrett for the paperwork and financing was also great. It was the easiest and fastest financing transaction I've ever been through. More

My experience with this dealership and John Fitzwater in particular was excellent. After submitting an inquiry on the Forester through the Baierl website, I was contacted by John within 15 minutes and withi particular was excellent. By the time I physically went to the dealership, we only had to negotiate the price of my trade-in, which John made a very smooth and quick process. Furthermore, on the evening I picked up my Forester, Andres did an excellent job explaining all the paperwork and made the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
