Bob Gavita the sales manager had pricing prepared before we even made it to the dealership. I had done some homework beforehand and pricing was definitely in line with what I expected to pay. So we took a test drive, then all that was left was to pick a color. As it was close to closing on a Saturday we agreed to come on Monday to sign the final paperwork and pick up our Legacy Premium. We did have a little wait on signing paperwork, but Matt our finance representative was very professional and took great care of us as well. As my step-daughter will be needing a new vehicle soon, I will definitely suggest she take a look at the Impreza and take her out to Baierl. More

Second time buyer from the Baierl family of dealerships. Decided to try the Forester this time since the vehicle size has grown a little. David helped us out on selection. Loved the Forester. Absolutely no high pressure sales. David was very straightforward and informative. Picked the Forester on Saturday and took delivery Tuesday,(our choice). I believe it was Garrett that completed the paperwork. Very fast! David actually came in on his day off to deliver our Forester. He went over every detail step by step to make sure we understood the operation of the Forester. One thing I might suggest is to have a vehicle for delivery inside a bay with lighting so it could be inspected and gone over in comfort. The roomy interior was just what we were looking for and this model offers enough extras to meet our needs. A test drive the next day had me sold. During the purchase process, I appreciated Amy's consideration of our time and our needs. At all times, she was prepared for our next step and everything was completed in a timely fashion.
