Was exceedingly helpful and patient with my wife and I as we looked at vehicles even keeping my nine year old daughter busy at the same time. When we left that day it was with a lot of information, a car fax stuffed animal for my little one and respect for Patrick. A few days later we return to purchase one of the Forresters that we looked at but it was unavailable. Patrick quickly searched and found several that matched what we were looking for. We gave him a list of options we wanted added and left for the day. Patrick called us with updates on the vehicle and it seemed each time he called we added something else but he never was anything but kind and helpful. John got back to me the next day and told me that he was getting 5 from the car show. So I set up an appointment to see him, and the rest is history. He is a very good communicator and listened to what I had to say. He knew that I had owned Subaru's so he knew that he didn't have to sell too hard! It was a great experience.
