Again, everyone involved, from the service department with my old car to Jay and Garrett helping with the purchase of the new one, was helpful, friendly, patient, and kind. They listen to what you want and care about. They know for sure how to make people feel important and they go out of their way to do that. More

Overcoming Resistance. I was very resistant to the idea of buying a new car. I didn't want to give up my 18-year-old Impreza Coupe. We were so comfortable with each other. I'm pleased to say that, in the capable, confident hands of Beverly Nowakowski, the experience of buying a new Impreza was remarkably easy. I especially liked that she understood that much of my hesitation was based on having to learn how to drive a new car, and she spent quite a lot of time teaching me the ins and outs -- from where buttons were located, to what the buttons did. I spend a lot of time in my car so I needed something that was comfortable, fun and practical. Patrick was friendly and helpful in showing us a large selection that might fit our needs. Both he and Andres worked hard to get us a great deal on the vehicle we wanted. We also had young kids with us during the process and both were very nice to them and patient answering their questions as well as ours!!! More

Subaru's are great cars, and when you couple that together with Bairel professionals like Patrick Shutrump you have a win-win situation. He also informed us of two low mileage, well maintained pre owned cars that were on the lot. The loan process was painless and each paper was thoroughly explained to us. When we picked up the car, Patrick was right there explaining how all of the gadgets worked. I could not be more pleased with the service and with our salesman, Patrick. More

I was paired with Joe and the experience was great from beginning to end. No hassle, no haggling. I felt like they gave me a very fair amount for my trade in. There was no pressure to buy unneeded upgrades, warranties etc. I would (and already have) recommend this dealer to friends/family. More

New Car Experience I worked with Beverley on the Friends and Family program. I selected a car to test drive, and Beverley escorted me, outlining the features of the car I worked with Beverley on the Friends and Family program. I selected a car to test drive, and Beverley escorted me, outlining the features of the car as we drove. We sat down, negotiated on the trade, and came to a deal. Beverley was helpful and positive during the entire process. She gave suggestions, answered questions, and was easy to work with. On closing night, she expertly took me through the new car, helped me with settings, and set me up. In addition, Andreas projected the same professional, courteous manner as he took us through the final paperwork. He, too, was easy to work with. As is the case with many people, I really don't enjoy the car-buying process. Beverley and Andreas made this experience non-stressful. They are two valuable employees for your brand. More
