I encountered no hard sell or high pressure tactics; rather, David Urquhart acted as a guide through the process and made sure first that he understood what I needed and then worked to ensure that I understood specifications, options, costs, etc. He would not accept a deposit until he was sure that my requirements were being met. On the day that the vehicle was ready for delivery, David picked me up at my home, expedited all of the paperwork, and thoroughly reviewed vehicle operation and safety. He was intelligent and practical. He was pleasant without being effusive and readily earned my trust and confidence. In addition, the price I was offered through Baierl for my car was the best (lowest) of all of the area dealerships which I contacted during my search. David reviewed all options with me, but did not try to pressure me into overextending myself. I already have recommended Baierl Subaru to my neighbors and colleagues, who were astounded that I finally bought a new car after 18 years of tooling around in the same aging Jeep. More
