After having had a horrible experience as a walk-in customer at nearby dealers where I lived, the treatment was smug and rude. I knew I needed to find a QUALITY dealership. I called around to many dealers and went online to research them. The best reviews were Baierl Subaru consistently. I made contact online and got an immediate response from Ethen Omer, and a price which was a great, not just on the Subaru I was purchasing but on my trade-in as well. He did not hassle me or send me blanket emails, he simply returned my calls and emails and did whatever I asked of him when I asked him. When I said yes to the deal they put my name on the car I sent them a deposit and I went to pick it up when it was ready. The deal was turned over to Mike Goessler who was just as kind and polite as Ethen. For the first time ever I had salesman who actually went over the entire car and told me what each thing did, he also showed and tabbed my owners manual for the really important areas of the book. I signed the paperwork after they answered MANY of my questions without any attitude. The manager asked for a photo with my new car for their wall and the deal was done. What a great experience! We'll be back! More

Our salesman, Ron, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He quickly showed us several vehicles in the used inventory which may fit our needs... and then helped zero in on one that was right for us and our budget. On the test drive Ron encouraged us to get a good feel for the vehicle, and was very fair about showing it's features and any problems (the latch on the trunk was not functional). Ron promised us that he would do what he could to make sure that this got fixed for us is we decided on the vehicle... and without reminder or hassle we were pleasantly surprised to find this had in fact been taken care of for us when we picked up the vehicle. When Ron was busy with another customer, after we returned to see the vehicle again, Patrick immediately stepped in and helped us out so we would not have to wait. Patrick was also very pleasant to work with... and he had obviously been filled in by Ron on exactly where we stood. We did not find ourselves having to explain all over again which car we were looking at.. etc... Overall great, and easy experience... and I would certainly buy with Baierl again. More

Amazing salesman! He wanted us in the chair, not walking around, he was insulting, and rude.You can imagine what we did, that's right we walked out. But, next we got the opportunity to deal with Ron Pushak, at Baierl and every thing went smooth. He was pleasant, listened to us, it was a perfect experience, and I now have the perfect car. "Exceptional Dealership" My wife and I started looking at the 2015 Subaru Outback’s as soon as they were available at our local dealers. None of the 5 dealerships within a 75 My wife and I started looking at the 2015 Subaru Outback’s as soon as they were available at our local dealers. None of the 5 dealerships within a 75 mile radius had exactly what we wanted and even when we decided to compromise on color and options, none would give us a reasonable deal. We decided to do an internet search to find exactly what we were looking for and Baierl Subaru had the perfect Outback “In Transit”. We requested a price quote and within 20 minutes one of Baierl’s internet specialists, Ethen Omer, not only replied to our inquires, but also gave us an internet price that enticed us to travel almost 200 miles to their dealership the day after our Outback was delivered. Ethen greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to our salesperson Joe Vitali. Joe was equally as courteous as Ethan and very knowledgeable of the features and options on the 2015 Outback. Joe made us both feel extremely comfortable throughout our discussions as did everyone that we met at Baierl. In most all of my past car buying experiences I had found it almost necessary to try to negotiate some type of concession from the dealer to make the transaction seem at least fair. Joe and the entire Baierl group made us such a fair offer that we found no need to negotiate anything. Three days later we drove back to Baierl and drove home in our Wilderness Green 2015 Subaru Outback Limited. We have certainly never traveled this far to purchase a vehicle, but the next time we’re looking for a new Subaru we will bypass all of the others and go straight to Baierl Subaru to see Joe. More
