Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback about your visit to our store. First, please let me apologize for your experience. We strive to give all of our customers the time and attention they deserve and it sounds like we fell short with you that Saturday. Because most of our customers are off on weekends, Saturday is our busiest day of the week. Additionally, due to the nature of the paperwork required by the state for every vehicle purchase, we do have to schedule appointments by the hour in our business office in order for a customer to take a vehicle home. This particular Saturday we were completely booked from open to close. We certainly appreciate your business and I wish we did have time to accommodate your schedule that day. We are open from 9-9 Monday-Thursday and 9-5 Friday as well. If you ever want to pay us a visit again please feel free to reach out to me before coming in and I can take the time to personally work with you and try to make up for your previous experience.
