I couldn't believe this was real life!!!! I can't wait to use some of those great benefits, like the fast lane car service, or sit in the updated customer lounge w free food, drinks and WiFi! Amy was very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable with my new purchase!!! Exceptional Sales Experience at Baierl Subaru When I decided to buy a new (2015) Subaru Impreza hatchback, I checked TrueCar.com, which put Baierl Subaru at the top of its dealer ratings, based on When I decided to buy a new (2015) Subaru Impreza hatchback, I checked TrueCar.com, which put Baierl Subaru at the top of its dealer ratings, based on best prices. Baierl's Internet sales representative, Allyse Hauser, soon contacted me. She offered her help to find exactly the Impreza I was looking for, at the best price. And Allyse didn't let me down. What struck me about her, and about everyone I dealt with at Baierl, was that there was no salesmanship on their part. Absolutely none! They wanted to give me exactly what I wanted. The sales representative I met with next, since Allyse only does Internet and phone work, is the wonderful Bev (Beverly) Nowakowski. What a great person! Lively, warm, funny, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, that's Bev! And she never tried to sell me a thing. No talk at all, ever, about upgrades, indispensable options or accessories, anything I didn't need or want. ( Baierl actually originated this approach, despite another dealership's claims you may see on TV.) This was the only good experience I've ever had in buying a new car from a dealer. Working with Bev was no work at all! It was like a very enjoyable visit with an old friend. No pressure, no salesmanship even, just a good feeling about everything, and good bit of laughter. I never expected such a great experience. Since I have to find something that wasn't 100% perfect, there's this. The day after the sale I was looking over all the papers. I noticed the dealership had put the wrong year on some of the papers, Jan. 7, 2014 instead of Jan. 7, 2015. This wasn't enough to ruin my experience and I'm sure they'll correct the paperwork. One other thing I forgot to add. I was so happy from the beginning in my contacts with Baierl Subaru that I didn't feel any need to visit other Subaru dealers. More
