From Lauren the "Internet e-commerce" liaison, to John Snyder, the salesman who ultimately won me over with his down to earth, no pressure personality, I felt confident that I made the right decision. My first day commuting this morning went well, especially when I drove "UP" my snow covered driveway out onto the road with no problems at all. David was a most pleasant and well informed sales associate answering my questions and dealing with my sense of humor. I was presented with pricing for both the new vehicle and my trade-in that met with my well researched expectations. Financing and delivery were also a breeze (Lori?). All the extended warranty options were presented to me in an informative/no-pressure environment.
