Brian, Thanks again for taking the time to talk to me regarding your service issues and concern with the extended warranty. I want to apologize for the concerns you had with your past service visits and we do appreciate all of your business in the past years. Hopefully will see you or Maria in for service in the future. I know you had the expectation of your used Subaru warranty being good for 6 six years from the date you purchased it however, the certified used warranty can only be added for a specific length of time. During our conversation, you expressed the desire to have an extended warranty on your vehicle to protect you from any major expenses. As I stated, if you like we can offer you an extended warranty from a reputable third party to give you that coverage. I know you would prefer a Subaru warranty unfortunately, they are not available at your current mileage. As you requested, we will be sending you a check to reimburse you for the $500 warranty that was on your vehicle that expired in January.
