Love my CrossTrek Buying Experience While I came to Baierl already knowing that I wanted to trade in my Prius for the snow-worthy Cross-Trek, I was thrilled to work with John Snyder and While I came to Baierl already knowing that I wanted to trade in my Prius for the snow-worthy Cross-Trek, I was thrilled to work with John Snyder and the whole team who made the buying process simple and seamless. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour and came back two days later to pickup my car. John patiently answered my detailed questions, was kind to my mom who was with me, and gave me a great deal on a car I was excited to purchase. I've taken two road trips in the month since I picked it up and it's as wonderful as I imagined!! More

Baierl had sold my wife a Legacy 4 years ago and continues to service the vehicle for her and she could not be happier. I had been researching and trying to figure out really what worked for my wife and I. I was trading in a full sized truck and really needed to be sure what we ended up with could accommodate use when we needed a little extra space. When we visited Baierl, Dave introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him I had 2 odd(ish) requests. I wanted to sit in the back seat and I wanted to put my suitcases in the trunk. Dave didn't skip a beat, grabbed a set of keys, and said, "Let's go". 10 minutes later I was confident in my choice and 20 minutes after we were doing a walkthrough on my truck. No pressure, and the conversation was always light. The folks at Baierl have been fantstic, even when I was unsure and just walking the lot looking a different vehicles. Hands down the best, most stress free, car buying experience I've had. More

He was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly - patient. I asked a lot of questions, especially about the mechanics of the car and for the answers he didn't know he wasn't afraid to say I don't know but let me find out. I respect very much the fact that he didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes. I can't say that about my previous car purchases. He wasn't pushing me into buying a car but was there when I had additional questions and responded promptly back to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. Quick & Accurate Diagnosis & Immediate Response I am an itinerant speech-language clinician. I am completely reliant on a car to get me to work and to haul my materials and me from building to building each day. If my car does not work, my world quickly comes to an anxiety-filled stop. Between one building and another earlier this week, my 2014 Crosstrek abruptly made a horrendous metallic clanging sound like a huge meat cleaver being sharpened. The sound was there whether I was turning or moving backward or forward but not when the car was idling. I looked under the car and saw no debris of any kind or any parts loose. I called Darren. He thought that it might be a stone caught in the wheel; but because we were not sure of the cause, we had the car towed to Baierl Subaru after Darren, Cory and Fred got the roadside assist number for me to call. The man who came with the tow truck at exactly the promised time (Rob) was pleasant and reassuring. He said not to worry, that the service department would have no trouble hearing the noise. Darren contacted me before the end of the afternoon to tell me that a very small stone indeed had gotten trapped in the wheel, and the rotor was slicing over it with every rotation of the wheel. I was stunned both that something so small could create such an awful sound and that Darren had been able to diagnose the problem based upon my description. I have taken note of many odd noises in vehicles over the years, but I never have heard this particularly ominous-sounding racket. I completed my day and parent meeting and got a lift to Subaru from a very kind administrator at work. The auto was ready to go when I arrived, so I was able to take a sick companion animal to a vet’s appointment on time in the evening as well! Darren, Cory and Fred were good-humored, patient and courteous. Darren immediately understood my predicament when I called because he is very familiar with the work routines of itinerant therapists (that fact amazed me as well). With the folks at work who could not believe that I finally gave up my 18-year-old Jeep, who have inquired about my choice of the Crosstrek, who heard the zinging noise as I moved the car over to the tow truck (so that I would not block the parking lot), and who wanted to know the end of the story, I have been happy to share the day’s experiences and positive outcome. During the 6 months that I have had the Crosstrek, I have recommended Baierl Subaru to several people at work who also were looking for a reliable, go-in-the-snow vehicle. I am planning to take good care of and to keep this Crosstrek (yes, I have named it) for a long, long time. I also will continue to take my car to Darren at Baierl Subaru for any and all needs. More
Would never buy a car from them again! Purchased used 2009 Subaru Forester in 2011. Years later found out that the extended warranty that we purchased at the time was not actually on file with Subaru. The dealership claims that they forgot to register it at the time of sale and that it would be resolved. 4-5 months later- nothing has been done. When you ask the service department about it they blame the finance department. On top of this I've never been impressed with their service department. I try to take our Subaru to the Toyota dealership whenever I can as they treat their customers with respect and appreciate the business. Lucky for us they will work on other brands of vehicles. Baierl's hours are not convenient and it has taken several phone calls and emails to even schedule a service visit at times. We also inquired about purchasing another Subaru from them about 2 years ago and the sales person never called us back. Love the brand, not very fond of the dealership. More
