Extremely Thrilled! I have had my Subaru Crosstrek for about 2 months now and I could not be happier. I was very hesitant to purchase a new car, but Beverly Nowakowski m I have had my Subaru Crosstrek for about 2 months now and I could not be happier. I was very hesitant to purchase a new car, but Beverly Nowakowski made the process less scary and more comfortable than my previous experiences with dealerships. She was very knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured to buy. I was also impressed with the friendliness of all the staff since we did have our 3-year old daughter with us. The updates that they have done and are continuing to do to the facility are impressive and will make servicing our Subaru less of a hassle. Knowledgeable and Helpful I was looking for AWD vehicle after my Jeep Grand Cherokee was totaled back in February. I have owned jeeps for over 15 years and this last one I hav I was looking for AWD vehicle after my Jeep Grand Cherokee was totaled back in February. I have owned jeeps for over 15 years and this last one I have had for 8. But, the price and the horrible gas millage had me looking for something better. After 3 weeks of researching other AWD vehicles, I decided to look at Subaru. I went to another Subaru dealership and decided on the forester. I have been without a vehicle for almost a month and I needed something now. The original dealership never got back to me on the type of forester I was interested on, so I went to Baierl. Can not say enough about the dealership and my experience with Frank. I went in knowing I wanted to buy that day. Frank was great, very helpful and explained to me the different options and was able to find exactly what I wanted that day. Bought it and returned the next day for paperwork and to pick up my forester. My daughter will be looking for a newer vehicle over the summer months and we will be going back to Baierl and hopefully Frank will be able to help her. More
