Whenever I first expressed interest in the car, I had a salesman quickly contact me for Last week, I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy at this location. Whenever I first expressed interest in the car, I had a salesman quickly contact me for a meeting. He was knowledgable and helpful with the process of selecting a car, and I was satisfied with this service. However, on the day that I was to pick up the car I had scheduled an appointment with the finance department for 12:00pm. I was not seen until 1:15pm. No one contacted me to say that they were running behind so that I could come in a little later rather than sitting around. I brought my car home, only to discover that there was no windshield washer fluid in the car and that there was still plastic on the hubcaps that I am still trying to remove. I am very satisfied with my new car, but was not impressed by the service I received after I had committed to buying it. More
