Our sales consultant, Jay Cotts, explained all the features of the Forester, answered all of our questions, returned our calls promptly and attended to the smallest details of the entire car-buying process. We never felt rushed. The business manager, Lori Siwy, handled the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. When we went to pick up the car, another sales consultant, Patrick Shutrump, assisted Jay in explaining all the technology aspects of the Forester, including linking our iPhone and setting up Bluetooth. My husband and I are not technologically proficient and Patrick was very pleasant and patient with our routine questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Baierl Subaru and particularly Jay and Patrick to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. More

Horrible experience, great car Drove 100 miles one way to go to this dealer and was a horrible experience. Was told I was quoted one rate but when I drove back down to sign the pape Drove 100 miles one way to go to this dealer and was a horrible experience. Was told I was quoted one rate but when I drove back down to sign the papers found out that I was actually quoted something different. Just received a letter in the mail stating that they didn't pay off my trade-in completely and now I am responsible for paying that off too. Took a total of 5 hours at this dealership over a period of 2 days to get me a car that I didn't even see until I was ready to sign the papers. Just an overall undeserving experience. More
