Dave answered with much enthusiasm even though I am sure he would rather be at home hanging with his wife and kids. Dave set my wife (Julie) and I up for a scheduled test drive of the Forrester and Outback the following Saturday morning. Dave was very patient with us and let each of us take each vehicle for a full test drive. We did not buy a car that day. Dave put absolutely no pressure on us and his manner was extremely professional. A few weeks later Julie and I stopped back in to see Dave. Dave immediately recognized us and we bought a Forrester that night and picked it up the following morning. After the sale was finalized Dave insisted to inform us of all of the features of the vehicle. It was impressive to see how passionate Dave is about the product. Arrogant and Unworthy Okay, I researched Outbacks, and I decided to visit Baierl Subaru because they are close to where I live. I stopped in and test drove an Outback, and Okay, I researched Outbacks, and I decided to visit Baierl Subaru because they are close to where I live. I stopped in and test drove an Outback, and I decided I wanted to purchase one. They appraised my truck and gave me a competive price on the Outback, but that is where everything ends. Their ads claim that they are above others in trades and they will match or beat the deals out there, but this is not true. I was given a very "fair" price for my trade, and they would not even budge a single cent. I tried a couple of times to see if they would, but they were stern. I went to another dealer and they gave me $2,000 more for my trade, AND they beat the Baierl price on a vehicle with the exact same options. I even went back to Baierl to see if they would now reconsider, but the sales rep didn't even have the common decency to give me a response. Baierl is too big for its own good; ignore their ads and the propaganda that they spew. More
