But I am happy to report that at there were no high-pressure sales tactics or other hassle that you sometimes experience at the dealerships. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Baierl and Dave to anyone! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the F&I person, but he was also great. More

Joechris is relatively new to Baierl, his salescraft and service ethic are outstanding. We had the internet price and he improved upon that by a bit. He knows his product and went through everything with us and arrived at the recommendation we custom order (glad we did). The one or two things he could not answer (block heater is factory or dealer installed ?) he went to find out so we were 100% sure (no BS or glib answers...very refreshing). The whole process was ~1h30m and time well spent. If you walk through the front door at Baierl, ask for Joechris, a very professional and forthright young man. More
