Highly recommended I worked with Patrick Shutrump when purchasing my 2015 Subaru Forester. I had never purchased a car before and he was very accommodating and very help I worked with Patrick Shutrump when purchasing my 2015 Subaru Forester. During the test drive, he allowed me to extend my route to further test the car's power and explained features to me. Patrick wasn't aggressive in trying to push or close the sale. Baierl Subaru also gave me what I considered to be a fair trade-in value for my former vehicle. When I signed the papers and picked up the car, Patrick took the time to sit in it with me and help me set up the Bluetooth system. He also followed up with me to ensure all was running smoothly. The entire process was conducted professionally and friendly and was really rather enjoyable. More

Rising to the challenge I had an unusual situation that could have been disastrous, but baierl Subaru came to the rescue. I purchased a 2015 Outback Premium (certified used) I had an unusual situation that could have been disastrous, but baierl Subaru came to the rescue. I purchased a 2015 Outback Premium (certified used) from them with an excellent wrap around package. However, after driving the vehicle for about a week, I realized that the seats were destroying my back. I went back to the dealership and after having a conversation with my sales rep, i test drove a limited edition with leather seats. I found the leather seats to be slightly more supportive. So I opted to trade in my week old used outback for a new outback limited. The dealership worked hard to get me the best deal they could under the circumstances and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Although it's going to take some time to get used to the feel of this new car compared to my old vehicle, Baierl Subaru did a great job of making sure I was happy and doing their utmost to get me the best deal they could. I walked out feeling confident that I hadn't been burned and I would recommend anyone looking for a good buying experience, go check them out! More
