Great Experience I went in to Baierl Subaru looking to find a used Subaru but didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I got set up with one of their used cars sal I went in to Baierl Subaru looking to find a used Subaru but didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I got set up with one of their used cars salesman, Patrick, and he took it from there. He was super helpful and nice, not to mention everyone else there, and found me a gorgeous car that I love. When I went to go pick up my car I realized there were no floor mats and told Patrick about it, not only did he go get me floor mats but he comes back with these amazing weather mats which is awesome and are perfect for me since I go to school in Erie. I have nothing but praise for Patrick and Baierl Subaru. When we left my dad said to me well I know where im going next time I need a new car. Great experience. More

A fantastic experience from the moment I walked in the door. I wasn't really expecting to buy a new vehicle when I walked in the door. But 2 days later I was driving off in a brand new Subaru Impreza at a price I wasn't really expecting to buy a new vehicle when I walked in the door. But 2 days later I was driving off in a brand new Subaru Impreza at a price that was lower than I ever expected it could be. Michael was great at going over everything, and he made the process seamless and easy. He was able to give me what I owed on my own car, which had been my biggest hurdle in getting a new vehicle, and came back with a price on an Impreza that required no haggling on my part. It was exactly what I had wanted to pay based on all my internet research on consumer reports. Oh, and the car is awesome. Thank you Michael and thank you Baierl Subaru. More

Needless to say, I did not have any free time to look at cars with the wedding upon us. I knew I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek. I had been reading about them and talking to owners. I wanted to be prepared for the day when the new car purchase was coming. I started an online search to see which dealers had the car I wanted. Ian responded immediately with a quote but by the time I could get there the one I wanted was gone. Patrick took over during my visit and although I was high on the Crosstrek he really explained all the features and strengths of the vehicle in detail. Long story short...I was impressed with the car, the presentation and the price enough that I ended buying a color that I originally wasn't interested in. Now that it's mine, I actually like the color (quartz blue) more. My wife, who I tried to talk into buying a Subaru years ago when she needed a new car but didn't like Subaru's, loves it. Go figure. The car buying experience from top to bottom was very professional. More
