Pain-free shopping experience Last October, I was in a time-crunch to get a new car quickly. I had been looking at the CrossTrek (hybrid). I ran into Ron at the dealership and I’m very glad I did. His friendly style made the shopping visit enjoyable. During the test drive, Ron explained the nuances of the new hybrid motor and accompanying display consol. He shared that he had a background in art, and so I made use of his skills when it was time to pick out a color (I went with Desert Kaki. Ron said, even the dirt will ‘look cool’ on it, and he was right!) I had some issues with the insurance company I was dealing with, and Ron even offered to help me expedite things with them…I ended up driving out the same day. Thanks so much, Ron ! More
