Relaxed and Rewarding Experience I went into Baierl Subaru already knowing that I wanted a new Legacy. The time to order a new 2016 had just opened and there were lots of 2015 models I went into Baierl Subaru already knowing that I wanted a new Legacy. The time to order a new 2016 had just opened and there were lots of 2015 models on the lot. I met with Ron Pushak and felt comfortable with him in the first 5 minutes. He listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me in anyway to try and make a quick sale on a 2015 model. We took a 2015 for a test drive so I could get a feel for it, and came back and proceeded with making out the order for a 2016. During the time the car was on order, I stopped in twice to check the status, and both times it happened to be Ron's day off. That didn't matter at all, I was immediately taken care of by another associate that was available and they got me the information right away. Once the car arrived, we agreed on a delivery day and time with Ron. When we arrived we were greeted like we were the only ones there and it was our day. Lori Siwy in finance had everything ready for us to sign and that went very smoothly. I went to Baierl, not just because I wanted a Subaru, but my daughter has bought two cars there and they treated her the same way I was treated. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More
2016 Forester Buying Experience I was set on buying a Honda CRV when my wife suggested we look at something else, just to make sure. We test drove a 2016 Subaru Forester with Ron Pu I was set on buying a Honda CRV when my wife suggested we look at something else, just to make sure. We test drove a 2016 Subaru Forester with Ron Pushak. Ron showed us the car, we drove around the block and loved it. A few days later we test drove the CRV and then immediately went back to take a anther trip around the block with Ron in the Forester. The Forester met our needs and "felt just right". A couple of days later, I went in to "hold" the car until we could finalize the deal. Ron, again, was very helpful. We got a great trade in, they helped arrange a great car loan and could not have been more friendly. I have already told many of our friends that they should check out Baierl Subaru. More

Friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating I walked in, was immediately connected with Beverly who was very friendly and personable, as well as very knowledgeable about the 2015 Forester we end I walked in, was immediately connected with Beverly who was very friendly and personable, as well as very knowledgeable about the 2015 Forester we ended up purchasing. It was nice to not feel any pressure to buy and Beverly was accommodating of our schedule for further visits. During an impromptu visit on Beverly's off-day, Bob dropped everything to take us for a test drive without delay. A second test drive request with Beverly was gladly accommodated. Paperwork process with Beverly and Lori was quick and easy. We could not ask for a better car-buying experience! More
Friendly, NO pressure and got just what I wanted. I am a repeat Subaru buyer. I just traded in my 2003 for a 2016 model. Loved my 1st one but it was time to trade to a new model. The manager found me my salesperson, Pat Shutrump. Pat was very professional, friendly & courteous. He listened to my needs and then found just the right car for me. He explained the differences between model years, pros & cons for purchasing new or used and showed me features my last Subaru Forester did not have. Car buying can be stressful but he spoke straightforward about pricing & trade in value. Lori, who did the financing part, was also very knowledgeable in her field. She explained warranties and other options from the financial perspective. All in all I decided to purchase my new vehicle without a long search because of Pat and his NO pressure approach. Thank you, Pat! I am very happy with my new Forester and will tell all who listen about the great experience I had at Baierl Subaru. P.S. They have great cookies and my name was on a sign welcoming me when I walked in today!!!! More
Always incredible I absolutely love Baeirl Subaru service. They are always willing to go the extra mile for me and seem to be able to fit me in exactly when I need it. Today they even helped me coordinate some minor body work and I was able to take care of it during an express oil change. The service is so great it has influenced my desire to only buy Subaru and only buy from Baeirl. Special shout out to the new team member, Gary. You really exceeded my expectations today! More

I appreciate the fact that I never felt pressured to buy the 2015 Forester that I ended up buying, yet he was always prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions that I had about the car. It is so nice to deal with a non-pushy salesperson who seemed to have a genuine interest in my satisfaction with the purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Subaru. Fantastic employees I called on a Monday night and had lots of questions about a Crosstrek and saleswoman, Beverly Nowakowski, was very helpful. Then my husband stopped in on Tuesday afternoon and she helped answer more of his questions. Then I arrived Tuesday evening and she helped us lease our new car. She was very professional and fun. Then we went to Lori Siwy in Finance to go over all of the paperwork. She was very informative and helped us understand all of the warranty information, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and these ladies to everyone. More
