I did speak with you on the phone after this incident and you were neither apologetic or helpful. You performed work outside a signed service contract without authorization and tried to tell me that I had to specifically request that you not perform a tire rotation when I come in asking for an oil change. You tried to blame other shops which is impossible to prove after the damage has been done and parts discarded. You should not have been touching the cars wheels in the first place.

We understand the frustration regarding the needed repair; however, we suggested that you contact the shop that installed the wheels and lug nuts incorrectly so they can cover the repair cost, which you declined to do so. Yes, I have not been there for service recently because I do not trust your service department because of multiple bad experiences. The shop that last worked on the car will not replace something another shop broke, just like you wouldn't. It is impossible to prove they are at fault at this point. Had they been the ones to take the wheels off next like should have happened, yes it would be their issue. But your shop decided to do work I had not asked for and damaged the car because of it. The other private shop I go to has never given me any issue on multiple cars and I have no reason at all to suspect negligence on their part.
