Great job! I had searched the web looking for a Honda Odyseey. Was at two other dealerships for test drives. MAYBE WE WEREN'T "DRESSED THE PART?" The only reason I am giving this place a second star is because the salesman who helped us was courteous and did not make us feel rushed and was happy The only reason I am giving this place a second star is because the salesman who helped us was courteous and did not make us feel rushed and was happy to answer any and all of our questions when we went looking and test driving. However it all went down hill after that thanks to Lindsay, the self called manager. I had submitted a few requests for the "eprice" on a few of their vehicles through Edmunds.com. I did get a response from Lindsay who answered my requests explaining that the salesman was with another customer at that time. So over the next couple days I emailed a few more questions back to Lindsay again since at this time I was starting to think the salesman must not really want to sell me a car because now days had passed and he was making no attempt to get back in touch with me. The kicker was after answering a couple more of my questions Lindsay answered that she is a manager and that I should be contacting the salesman and not her....I thought "now isnt that poor customer service???" Having held management positions before I would have made sure to foward the customers emails to the salesperson encouraging him to handle the inquiries, not blame the customer for "overly bothering" a manager which was the tone of her response to me. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and purchased the exact vehicle I was looking for somewhere else for $3000 less than listed at this dealership and the day of my purchase I received the 1st and only voicemail from the salesman who helped us here 7 days prior. Too late! Sorry. More

You'd be surprised by the biased, old fashioned way of thinking that is still attached to a woman buying a car. However, Mike did not make me feel "inferior" at all! He answered all my questions and gave me feedback, while not talking down to me. He went above and beyond to help me reach the payment per month I could afford for the car I really wanted. I didn't have to wait forever for him to get back to me during the car buying process like paperwork, appraisal of my trade in, etc.. He's the best!!!!! More
