Terrible experience This is the worst dealership I've ever been to so far, only one that was able to make me angry since I generally don't give bad reviews. The day I walked in for a test drive, their sales was really impatient, I asked for differences among their CRV trim and he told me "go back and do some research" or "look up online". During the test drive I asked for details for financing a vehicle, that guy just wouldn't keep bragging about how Honda was #1 selling and never did any special discount in past 10 years, lies. After a week he sort of sent a follow up email asking if I was still interested, so I asked for internet price and quote, got a reply the day later, reminding me that he was replying outside work hours and he was off so it was really nice of him that he sent his manager to me. And they wouldn't give you any average APR quotes unless you authorize them to pull your credit. Funny isn't it, I have 3 quotes from other dealerships and I've never heard of that. Only suggestion I have: don't waste your time with them, there are a ton of dealership selling Honda cars in Pittsburgh area. They are neither the best one, nor the only one. More
