CRV A/C repair Had a 2nd problem with the A/C unit leaking. They kept the car until it was completely fixed. During the hottest period so far the A/C has been perfect. The leak was identified the first time, dye was added in case it occurred again. They anticipated the problem possibly happening again and planned for it. Very pleased. Baierl has a tremendous loaner program which we couldn't do without. I drive 20+ miles to Baierl Honda when I could drive less than 2 miles because of the service and the loaner. More

I appreciate the quick service and the courtesy inspection. When I made the appointment for my car to be inspected, I neglected to mention that it was a month past the due date. When I did mention it to Kim, s When I made the appointment for my car to be inspected, I neglected to mention that it was a month past the due date. When I did mention it to Kim, she didn't seem to be repelled by my neglect, lol. I thought that they would have preferred it if I had left the car there all day, but I needed it in the morning. It took a surprisingly short time - maybe an hour and a half or two? - to complete the inspection and wash the car. As I mentioned above, I appreciated the courtesy inspection - I don't think that any of the other dealerships I've purchased a car from in the past 40 years offered that. I'm disabled, and I also appreciated that the employees were quick to help me open the doors, and to bring my car to where I could more easily get to it when the inspection was done. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service at Baierl's. More

It was also great that the part you ordered for us was there that evening and we didn't have to come back to pick it up. I was not expecting a free loaner and it was pretty neat to drive a newer Cr-v and compare it to our 2014. It's neat to see how designs change over the years.
