In the past, I've used an extremely reputable local servic Yes, you can always find automotive service anywhere BUT a dealership and pay less for it. In the past, I've used an extremely reputable local service. They always took care of my car like it was their own - never did anything to it that didn't need done and always told me beforehand what needed to be done, why, and how much it was going to cost before starting. With a new vehicle, while it's under warranty (both original and extended) I've decided to give the dealership a try for standard services. I've only been to them twice so far and haven't been disappointed. Everyone in the service department knows who I am and I've been treated honestly, fairly and with respect. As long as this continues, I'll keep going back. More

Express Service - No express, no service. I wish there were a NO STAR option. I went for an Express oil change on my 2014 Civic, sat patiently in the waiting room for 2 hours, then went to the I wish there were a NO STAR option.
