He explained the car, warranty, dealership etc. The internet pricing was aggressive and accurate, no hidden fees or service charges. George gave me the out the door price we agreed on it and the paperwork was as quick and painless as I could have hoped for. A tech guy then sat with me and explained all the new features in the car. It was my first time buying a new car and he didn't make me feel pressured at George Tanner was a great salesman to work with when I purchased by car. He was also sure to answer any questions I had and was patient with me while I was making decisions. The whole process was smooth and I highly recommend this salesman! The Tech explained from top to bottom features on the 2019 Pilot and also offered that we can set up a follow-up appointment to review any additional questions. The salesperson was friendly and took as much time as we needed with the test-drive and questions regarding features and comparing differen vehicles. Again the Baierl Team was Exceptional!
