I specifically went to see George Tanner for purchase of the car who I have worked with in the past. He is very knowledgeable of the honda product and I trust his opinion. The person responsible for used cars refused to drop the price any lower than $200.00 which in this economy with the flood of returned leased cars was a little disappointing. On Saturday, 1/12/13, I went searching for a new vehicle. And it is here that I find myself at Baierl Honda. From the time I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was very friendly. I was able to browse for a bit and then I met George, one of the salesmen. He was very professional and polite and I didn't get the feeling that he was pushing me or trying to get over on me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I inquired about and was very patient with me. We went over my options and my budget and I was able to get one of the two vehicles I was looking at. I chose the Honda Accord LX. I wish I could remember the name of the finance guy and the other gentleman that assisted in the purchase of the vehicle as well, for they both were also very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. George and the guys made it very easy for me to make Baierl my choice for my new car and I hope to continue doing business there. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience, not what one would normally expect at a car dealership. I look forward to working with George and the guys in the future. More
