Nate's extensive knowledge of all Honda models & how they met my needs along with my financial ability made my experience smooth & fun. I was able to purchase a car that I really like,can afford & under they met my needs along with my financial ability made my experience smooth & fun. I was able to purchase a car that I really like,can afford & understand how to operate :)-- in one visit with him!! Since my purchase, Nate has contacted me before my maintenance is due, which is amazing....even taught me how to use some of the hidden gages over the phone! My only suggestion for the dealership would be upgraded coffee & tea...Obviously, I'm a very PLEASED customer & will recommend Nate & Baierl to anyone in need of a new or used car. More
BEWARE of this dealership. My mom who's 71 had never owned a new or newer car in her life. As her daughter, it was my mission to find her a great car at a great price. I found a car at Baierl Honda an owned a new or newer car in her life. As her daughter, it was my mission to find her a great car at a great price. I found a car at Baierl Honda and spoke with Dan Brannigan who at first seemed very friendly over the phone. Needless to say it was all part of the salesman act. Although my mom was able to get a decent price on her used 2010 civic, there were some things wrong with the car that they promised to take care of. There was a rust spot on her hood and a decent scratch in the bumper and her radio did not work. She was promised a new radio (which never happened) and they also said they would fix the rust spot on her hood and the scratch on the bumper. My mom had to wait weeks before we could even get anyone to help us. Then they finally got her radio working and we were finally able to schedule an appointment to get her hood and bumper fixed. All the while we were working with Chuck Simmons, who is the sales manager, who supposedly said he would take care of everything and has done nothing to help. My mom took her car to get fixed and instead of fixing her hood the correct way all they did was add touch up paint to her hood and they never fixed the scratch on her bumper. If that was the case, they could have given us the paint and we could have done it ourselves rather than wait weeks to have it fixed especially when we thought they would fix it correctly. When I called Chuck to get an answer he never called me back. This dealership is horrendous and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone buying a new or used car. All they wanted was to get her money and as soon as they did they didn't give a crap about what was wrong. This was the worst car buying experience for my mom and the sad part is this will be the only one in her lifetime. Too bad it had to be like this. More

I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years so I have high expectations of how I expect to be treated as the customer. Jamie Lawing certainly exceeded these expectations. Jim and the Baierl dealer ship were wonderful to work with. I am a repeat customer whom has several choices in the area for shopping for Honda's. Our purpose of visitting the dealership was to expore our options in upgrading from a Toyota Highlander to a Honda odyssey. Jim showed us our options and spent the time to point out the features of the odyssey. Jim was also patient with opur questions and our 3 young kids running around the showroom. Based on my experience i will continue to shop at the Baeirl Dealer ship. There no pressure atmosphere make exploring options and considerations a pleasure. P.S. - I returned to the dealership a few days later and purchased a new Pilot from Jim as well. More
I have known several people who have owned Hondas and wanted to give the car a try. Dave took excellent care of me from the time I got to the dealership. I have been in the service industry for 50 years and have been treated the way I would expect not only by my sales person but by the general manager and the service department. I was looking for a reliable car. David Devos showed me several cars and we test drove two of them. Just got back from having the light bulb replaced behind my speedometer - they replaced 6 actually since they were there! Rick, the service guy was terrific, very friendly & helpful.
