Baierl Honda

Rich gave me a lot of help over several weeks while I vacillated over a new CR-V, used Odyssey and finally a Pilot. I have had a good relationship with Dan Murphy, a knowledgeable mechanic, over the years with my old Odyssey and wanted to be able to stay with Baierl, so I was grateful for the new offer. Rich was low key, not at all pushy and when we reached a deal was very thorough with my orientation to the Pilot. My only quibble would be with the Sales Manager, who was not completely forthcoming about the extent of the existing warranties provided by Honda and Baierl when he tried to sell me on an extended warranty plan, which I declined. He, and all of his colleagues, were extremely nice and friendly to our one year old daughter who spent much of the time running laps through the dealership. Rocco was so helpful with our financing and took the time to explain answer all of our questions. We highly recommend anyone to Baierl Honda and look forward to working with them again in the future. This dealership is outstanding. Dan Branningan was the greatest. He was very friendly and the whole purchasing process was easily the greatest car purchase experience I have ever encountered in all my ye greatest. My wife and I bought not one but two vehicles and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the vehicles, and the friendly service we were and continue to be provided. I am not sure if the way Jamie treated us is standard for Baierl Honda or not but he went well beyond any other car dealer/sales consultant I have ever dealt with. We were treated with great respect and felt like great friends. Jamie spent way more time than he needed to to make sure that we got what we wanted and that we were familiar with every aspect of our vehicles, the day we picked them up, before we drove off the lot. Our phones were paired, we knew how to work all the buttons, use the bluetooth, the navigation, Pandora, hands free, trip computer, economy mode, knew about the gas mileage, what oil to use, etc. When we picked up our second vehicle, a Pilot Touring, Jamie spent over two hours with my wife and I teaching us all about the vehicle and all the systems. He certainly didn't have to spend that time. Oh and did I mention we got a great interest rate and a great price? Vinnie was a very personable and seemingly well educated sales consultant that worked with me to get me the best deal possible on the used Honda I was looking at.
