My wife and my experience was by far the best auto purchase and service experience we have ever had. The sales and service staff were curtious and respectful but also knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they provide the numbers we were led to believe would be given, but also spent time (over 2 hours) going over the various technical aspects of the new car we purchased. A sense of humor also came with the sale as well as a keen sense of honesty and professionalism as we worked through the various aspects of financing and delivery of the vehicle we selected. Additional opportunities await us if we continue to return for future assistance if we would select Baierl for work or buying opportunities. Each department that we visited was professional and courteous with a sense for our needs and our time. This was truly a wonderful buying experience! We look forward to working with this group of people again. More
I've been a baierl honda client for about 7 years and purchased 3 vehicles over that time. Just bought a Fit and while the sales process was better than most dealers - the experience left a bad impressi purchased 3 vehicles over that time. Just bought a Fit and while the sales process was better than most dealers - the experience left a bad impression due to the actions of the sales person re: price for an accessory. Sales person told me he was giving us his "employee price" for an accessory. He took my wife and I to the parts desk and told the parts person he was giving his "employee price" on the accessory as well. By the way - parts person didn't introduce himself and acted like we were basically bothering him. I checked the Web when I got home and the "employee price" is actually the MSRP. So the employee price spiel was basically untrue. Not the best way to treat clients - especially return clients. People aren't stupid. Cancelled the accessory order and found an OEM distributor on line that was $50 cheaper than the fabricated "employee price". More
Tony and Rich were helpful in answering all of my questions about pricing (like purchase, lease, and financing) as well as all of my questions about the model of car I wanted to purchase (Honda Civic questions about pricing (like purchase, lease, and financing) as well as all of my questions about the model of car I wanted to purchase (Honda Civic LX). Rich was very helpful in showing me the setup of the vehicle on the day I picked it up. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Baierl Honda and I will be back again when the time comes for another vehicle purchase. More
Dave was very helpful, courteous, and patient w/ me throughout the entire selection and purchasing process. He expllained everything as far as setting up the iMID, finding the various points of interes throughout the entire selection and purchasing process. He was very patient in coming to a final agreement on price, monthly payment and length of term. It was a pleasure working w/ him and I look forward to working w/ him in the future for any other needs or questions such as setting up the bluetooth once I buy a phone that has it. Dan Brannigan went above and beyond to find me the right CRV. He was not pushy. He also went out into the soaking rain and hail with me to find the right vehicle. Firstly, buying our Honda Odyssey was the best buying experience at a dealership I have ever had. We have also had body work done here at Baierl. I recently bought new tires for my van and unfortunatel experience at a dealership I have ever had. We have also had body work done here at Baierl. I recently bought new tires for my van and unfortunately did not purchase them at Honda. We have had a very bad experience with the tires we bought elsewhere and Bill (Honda) has been the most help in this matter. This review is to reflect the fact that this dealership and service manager have gone above and beyond the call of servicing the customer and making sure that my Honda is the best vehicle for me and my family. Thank you for all you have done Bill and Baierl Honda. More
I bought my first new car off Ryan and had a great experience. I didn't feel like I was being pressured/ being taken advantage unlike how most car salesman treat you. Just a short note to compliment your sales associate Dave DeVos. I am a first time buyer of the Accord and Dave was able to answer all my questions concerning the different Accord models. I would like to especially commend Rich Stokoski. My worst nightmare is buying a car! He actually made it pleasureable. There was an issue with my AT&T cell phone and my new Honda's "pairing" with Bluetooth. He pursued the problem until it was solved. This was in addition to making sure I was familiar with all the components inside and out before I pulled out of the dealership parking lot.
