Mike was very easy to work with. Took me for a test drive, got my info, but wasn't pushy about anything. His dealership also offered some of the best pricing in the area, so that certainly didn't hurt. When I bought my car the finance manager we were scheduled with had to leave the office on a personal emergency but they had two more on staff so I wasn't left waiting around forever. Overall a pleasant buying experience. More
I wish I was able to select which employee I worked with. Unfortunately, when I went to visit the dealer, my family and I were left to ourselves in the showroom for no less than 20 minutes. There was a desk at the front door that seemed like a perfect place for a receptionist, but there was nobody there. Further inside, we could see several employees sitting at their desks in their respective offices, with no visible desire to sell any cars to live prospective buyers in their showroom. Only one man came out and told us (insert name that I forget) would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later, we walked out. I would love to meet the manager here and inquire about his/her philosophies regarding customer service. Is it a new trend to ignore your customers and do paperwork instead? Will that result in more sales? More

I went toBaierl to look at the new Honda CRV and see what I could get for a trade in. I was so very impressed with the whole experience upon entering the dealership. Mr. Gregorakis made me feel very comfor I could get for a trade in. I was so very impressed with the whole experience upon entering the dealership. Mr. Gregorakis made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and proposed a deal I was extremely happy with. Also when I got home I noticed a slight impairment and called him back. He immediately took care of the problem. The service dept was excellent with the repair. I would strongly recommend others to your dealership. More
I will try to stay as anonymous as possible here for fear of retribution to my family due to the Baierl auto conglomerate behemoth being on the scope and size of a federal government agency, possibly even mo of retribution to my family due to the Baierl auto conglomerate behemoth being on the scope and size of a federal government agency, possibly even more powerful than UPMC the big brother of healthcare. I went in for a simple annual inspection but when they saw my car was just over 10 years old, they started salivating and saw that as a blank check open invitation to inflate the bill and "fabricate" needed work in order to pass inspection....on the tune of nearly $2000. Well, I treat this thing like a little old lady (less than 4000 miles driven per year!) so I read between the lines and opted for a second opinion at another reputable state inspection station prior to consenting to any work. And sure enough, all it needed were NEW WIPER BLADES to pass!! Nice try, Baierl. I now see how you got so big. You prey on conservative customers who wish to avoid the unknown of going to independent shops and feel more comfortable going to the service department of a dealership which sells the same make and model. So, word to the wise and no puns intended but, steer clear of Baierl Honda when it comes to service and inspection, else get taken for a ride!! More
