My family is not new to the Baierl dealerships or to Baierl Honda. I visited looking for a new CR-V and had the pleasure of having Jim Eisengart be my sales consultant. I felt very at ease from the first visit for a test-drive to picking up my new CR-V. Jim's knowledge of the equipment and features was excellent and let me feel comfortable in my new CR-V the day I drove it home. The entire process from application to pick-up was outstanding! And I have to add, I picked it up on my birthday and it was waiting in the lot with a big red bow ... doesn't get any better than that! Will definitely keep on referring people to Baierl Honda and be a returning customer myself. Thank you! More

Today was my first service experience at Baierl Honda for my 2012 CR-V. My Service Advisor was Shauna Hawkins and she was professional, efficient, and knowledgable. The cost for an annual service was exter my 2012 CR-V. My Service Advisor was Shauna Hawkins and she was professional, efficient, and knowledgable. The cost for an annual service was extermely fair. I was mailed a "Trade in/Trade Up" promotion and contacted Baierl regarding my 2009 Honda Civic. Spoke with Jamie. Wasn't sure I would be a candidate for this promotion, so I asked him to crunch and contacted Baierl regarding my 2009 Honda Civic. Spoke with Jamie. Wasn't sure I would be a candidate for this promotion, so I asked him to crunch some numbers to me regarding the payoff on my current Civic and a new car. The following day, I didn't hear back from him, so I called and left a voice mail. After 5 hours and no reply back, I e-mailed your web site about my displeasure and Sales Manager, CT, contacted me. I told him I was upset that Jamie didn't think enough to contact me back and said that it didn't appear that Baierl was interested in my business, to which CT said "that is not the case at all. I'm heading out to meet my wife for dinner" and I will definitely contact you tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and never heard back from CT. Nice customer service from a Sales Manager! And this was not my first incident with your dealership. Have had the worst customer service from the Service Department also. You people could learn a lot from a Honda Dealership in Las Vegas, NV that I dealt with for 9 years when I lived there. Off-the charts, best customer service I have ever had. Of course the joke to all this is that I am now completely turned off for Hondas and I went and purchased a brand new 2014 vehicle elsewhere. So your idiot salesman and sales manager lost a sale. Oh yeah, and my Civic that I traded in sold in two days!!!!! Maybe you need to reevaluate your staff. I intend to inform everyone that I know about your horrible dealership and the horrendous customer service you provide. 4.9 rating for Customer Service???? What a joke!!!! Oh yeah, I don't expect you would post MY review on your web site since it only tells how pathetic your dealership is. But hey that's okay. Baierl Honda provided a completely positive, professional new car shopping experience. The Sales Manager & Salesman were extremely knowlegeable about the cars, themselves, but also regarding the leasing plan new car shopping experience. They were able to get us out of our existing lease early, and into a new 2013 CRV. The salesman's delivery of the car was terrific! He took all the time we needed to explain, demonstrate, and answer questions regarding our car. There's no bullying, sly jabs about your trade-in, or confrontational tactics with him---just good listening and a low-key demeanor. Bu commonly use.
