At my 75yrs of age, I have never experinced a more honest and personable salesman than Randy. He knew his product very well and explained it's features completly without any pushy sales pitch. I BOUGHT A USED HONDA CIVIC HYBRID. WHEN LOOKING AT THE I BOUGHT A USED HONDA CIVIC HYBRID. WHEN LOOKING AT THE CAR, I WAS clearly TOLD THE CAR WAS FULLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO THE SALE. FULLY INSPECTED an I BOUGHT A USED HONDA CIVIC HYBRID. WHEN LOOKING AT THE CAR, I WAS clearly TOLD THE CAR WAS FULLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO THE SALE. FULLY INSPECTED and solid although it had high mileage on it. this being said I even paid aBOVE MARKET VALUE AND DID NO NEGOTIATION for all the following reasons : 1. I PREVIOUSLY OWNED 5 HONDA AND HOD WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA WITHOU ANY AJOR MECHANICAL ISSUE EVEN HAving put 140, 000 MILES ON TWO OF THEM. 2. The Baierl name 3 I WANTED THE PARTICULAR CAR. 4. THE CAR WAS A HIBRID, I had a PRIUS at an earlier time. 5.T.HE CAR APPEARED SOID AND IT'S APPEARENCE WAS GOOD. 6. THE SALESMAN SAID/TOLD ME THAT BARIEL WOULD STAND BEHIND THE CAR FOR SOME REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME. WITHOUT THAT REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME BEING DEFINED OR PUT IN WRITING. OF COURSE, THE LATTER BEING SAID, MY BELIEF THAT THE SALESMAN WAS STRAIGHT AND HONEST AND COMBINED WITH EVERYTHING ELSE ABOVE, THE DEAL GOT CLOSED WITH ME PAYING CASH. WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SALE, BEING IN THE HOSPITAL A WEEK OF THAT TIME AND NOT DRIVING THE CAR , THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE SALESPERSON, AND AS EXPECTED HE TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR INTO SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.. OF COURSE I WAS CONCERNED BUT BELIEVED I WAS COVERED CONSIDERING HOW SHORT OF THE TIME I OWNED IT. SERVICE CAME BACK ANDSAID THE CAR HAD 2 FAILED OXYGEN SENSORS And a new catalytic converter was needed. parts and labor would be at least $2000. AND THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO DOTHE WORK WITH ME PAYING ALL COSTS I CALLED SALES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO RESPONSIBILITY; I SAID THAT WAS NOT REASONABLE WITH A 30 DAY OLD CAR AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS UNACCEPTABLE. AFTER EXTREME PUSHING ON MY SIDE. I WAS OFFERED ONLY 5 PERCENT OF $2000. AGAIN I SAID THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE ON A 30 DAY OLD CAR. I PUSHED EVEN HARDER INCLUDING GOING TO THE SALESMAN'S BOSS. TOLD HIM WHAT THE SALES MAN SAID ABOUT BAIERL STANDING BEHIND THIER CARS. THEN EVERONE DENIED THIS WAS SAID OR WOULD EVER BE SAID ON A USED CAR SALE. CLASSIC; HE SAID I SAID. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY WENT OUT THE WINDOW TO COVER THEIR BUTTS. EVEN MORE EXTREME PUSHING ON MY SIDE GOT THEIR OFFER UP TO 20 PERCENT OF $2000, I REJECTED IT SAYING THE CAR WAS ONLY 30 DAYS OLD. RELUCTANTLY I OFFERED TO SPLIT THE 4 2000 COST WITH THEM. THEY ESSENTIALLY TOL ME TO TAKE A WALK ANT THE PROBLEM WAS MINE NOT THEIRS. CONTACTED MANY MANY MANY OTHERS WITHIN BAIERL WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTION OR OR WILLINGNESS TO HELP RESOLVE THE MATTER. I PRICED THE PARTS WHICH I COULD BUY RETAIL VIA THE INTERNET FOR ABOUT $350, I WOULD INSTALL THEM IN THIS CASE. THEY CLAIMED I COLD NOT GET THAT PRICE. SINCE I HAVE FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITHH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. HAVE ALO FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION DEVISION UNDER THE PENNSYLVAINA ATTORNEY'S GENERAL OFFICE. BAIERL HAS BEEN GIVEN MY FORMAL COMPLAINTS FROM BOTH OFFICES. RESOLUTION AND A FORMAL ANSWER FROM BAIERL IS PENDIND AND EXPECTED ANYTIME. I DO NOT INTEND TO STOP THIS MATTER SINCE I WAS CHEATED AND LIED TO. I WILL NEVER TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OR ANY OF THE MANY OTHER CAR AGENCIES OWNED BY BAIERL AND WILL DO MY BEST TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF EVERYTHING I EXPERIENCED. . WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SALE SALESMAN DENIES THT HE SAID THIS AS SOON AS MAJOR TROUBLE STARTED ABOUT 30DAYES OF THE SALE OF THE USED CAR More

Mike was very easy to work with. Took me for a test drive, got my info, but wasn't pushy about anything. His dealership also offered some of the best pricing in the area, so that certainly didn't hurt. When I bought my car the finance manager we were scheduled with had to leave the office on a personal emergency but they had two more on staff so I wasn't left waiting around forever. Overall a pleasant buying experience. More
I wish I was able to select which employee I worked with. Unfortunately, when I went to visit the dealer, my family and I were left to ourselves in the showroom for no less than 20 minutes. There was a desk at the front door that seemed like a perfect place for a receptionist, but there was nobody there. Further inside, we could see several employees sitting at their desks in their respective offices, with no visible desire to sell any cars to live prospective buyers in their showroom. Only one man came out and told us (insert name that I forget) would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later, we walked out. I would love to meet the manager here and inquire about his/her philosophies regarding customer service. Is it a new trend to ignore your customers and do paperwork instead? Will that result in more sales? More
