Last week I contacted George to set up an appointment for late afternoon, April 5. When I told him that the 2014 Civic I was interested in was in his inventory, he informed me that he had just sold it but that a dealer trade could get me the same vehicle relatively easily. When we arrived at Baierl's to see George, he was with another client, but he told us that a dealer trade had arrived on their back lot and it was probably what I wanted. He was right. Without any pressure, we looked at the vehicle and its specifications. When we met George back in the showroom, he made us comfortable in the customer lounge since I had my 12 week old puppy with me. He presented me an original work-up on the new car and my trade. It took only a couple of rounds of negotiation to arrive at a fair price in about a half hour. George and his professional, no pressure approach made me feel valued as a customer and I feel made a deal easier to reach. I picked up my new Civic EX-L sedan on April 7. What added to the experience was the 0.9% Honda financing special being offered. In 30 years, no one had beat my credit union on auto financing until now. I have lived and worked out of that car for more than a decade and was very very reluctant to let her go. 280,000 miles later I drove that Civic into Baierl Honda and upgraded to a 2012 model. I could not be more pleased. My new Civic feels like home. I found Baierl online and filled out some preliminary financing paperwork, I knew I would be getting another Civic, the rode block was how much of a headache it was going to be to get it done. I worried about this until I started working with Dave Devoss. Dave was great! When I got lost on the way to the dealership he guided me in over the phone like a personalized GPS. He was waiting outside to greet me when I arrived. Dave and the team did the paperwork very quickly and painlessly. They got me a great interest rate and terms, we signed the adoption paperwork and in less than 2 hours I was on my way home with my Honda Certified Civic! I put off buying a new car for several years because I absolutely hate the process of buying a car. Dave and the team at Baierl made me feel at home talked me through the process from start to finish. I never felt hustled, rushed, or pressured. They simply offered me a great car at a great price and made the experience a pleasure. Dave took the time to show me the great new features and options on my new car and how to use them. Very bad experience! Very rude sales staff and sale manager! Highly not recommended! I contacted the dealership for a quote on one of their 2014 Honda Pilot AWD XLE model. They sent me a quote and today (3/22/2014) I went to there for a test drive and see whether could get a deal. I went to this dealership this afternoon with my wife. When we got there and entered the showroom, no one comes to talk to us. We walked around and looked the cars we are interested (the Pilot and the Odyssey). After about 20 minutes, finally there was one agent talked to us and asked whether we need any help. I told him that I had contacted one agent (name Arthur Morgan) and want to test drive the Pilot and Odyssey we are interested. The internet sales manager Lindsay Baierl (she is actually the only one nice person we talked to today) then lead us to Morgan who was at the used car sale building. We waited about more than 10 minutes and finally he spoke to us. The conversation was about 20 minutes. He did not introduce the car to us but kept asking us for the money we want to pay. He told us he was very busy (three customers in line) so he would like to ask how much we would like to pay the car. We told him a number and he said he will work on it and then he asked us to go outside to look the car with the color we like (it is cold and windy outside). After another 40, 50 minutes waiting, he introduced us to the sales manager Jeff Nock and told us they can not sell us the price we would like. I could understand that but the really bad thing is that they refused us to test drive the car. We told them we could not work on the final price before we test the car but they were rude and I and my wife just walked away. Mr Morgan followed us out and I told him he really wasted us a lot of time since he told us no matter what, we would be able to test drive the car. He was rude to me and said that I wasted his time as well. He only spend about 20 minutes with us but we waited him more than 1 hour. This is the first time that a dealer refusing us to test drive a car! I am really disappointed with their customer service and definitely will not recommend the dealer to anyone else!!! More

Baierl Honda employees do not care about customers who need a ride. They are telling you to weight and weight. Finally, after asking for my car, they looked for a driver and provide me a ride.
