Easy to work with on multiple car deal with good pricing I worked with Ryan shank trading in 2 cars (Toyota Sienna and Fiat 500) and purchasing 2 new cards: Civic Hybrid and Odyssey. I took a long time before finally getting the deal completed - by my choice. Ryan never pressured but was always available through the multiple month period. In the end, when I was ready, Ryan made everything happen within 3 days, including acquiring the cars from other dealers. Everything went very smoothly. Even after the deal, Ryan continued to stress to keep in touch and that he would help with service needs whenever needed. I would recommend working with Ryan Shank. More

Unsatisfied with my treatment as a customer and the quality of work completed on my vehicle, I decided to try Bairel for my routine maintenance. I was thrilled with the customer service, the quality of work, and the high level, personal communication in dealing with the Service team at Bairel. When I decided to start looking into buying a new vehicle I knew I would start there. From the moment I walked into the show room until I drove away with my new Accord, I felt as though I was worth the time and had exceptional treatment. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience we ever had and are looking forward to buying our next vehicle and many more after that, from Baierl. Their senior sales consultant Art Morgan was who worked with us and he couldn't have done a better job. He didn't show us or talk us into anything we didn't want and helped us as much as we needed. Along with sales, finance was excellent too. Again they didn't pressure us into more than we needed and were pleasant to deal with and had us in and out. Incompetence and terrible customer service (Update) Edit: Since posting this review, the general manager reached out to me to make things right. I was given a new, no cost key fob. I appreciate it that Edit: Since posting this review, the general manager reached out to me to make things right. I was given a new, no cost key fob. I appreciate it that they did this for me. I purchased a 2008 Honda in January 2015. The buying experience was fair, no surprises. My complaint was with the way they handled an issue that immediately presented itself. I noticed the second key fob would not unlock/lock the car only after I left the dealership. We were issued two fobs. The malfunctioning fob had no LED indicator light. I called the sales associate the following day to inform him; he suggested replacing the battery and if that failed, to come in and he'd have a tech program it. The replacement battery lit the LED, but didn't unlock the car. I had the car in on 3/4/15 for a bad wheel bearing, that's right, about a month and a half after purchase, to see if it was covered under the 3rd party warranty. It wasn't, but they agreed to pay half since it was so recently purchased, fair enough. I had asked to have the fob programmed, the tech said the fob couldn't be programmed and wasn't even for the model of my Honda. They had given me a fob for some other Honda, with a dead battery no less. The sales manager offered to help me pay for a new fob to the tune of $70, are you kidding me? When I implored our sales associate to look into this he replied: "I talked to (name omitted) about this issue. We are only required to provide 1 key and fob with Q Certified cars. He also told me that he offered to pay half for the fob which he really does not have to. Im sorry for the inconvenience but this matter has been taken to the manager. Once again I wish I could be more helpful to you on the key ." -Needless to say; I will NOT do business with Baierl going forward, nor will I suggest them to the many people I know in the Pittsburgh area. I have filed a formal complaint with Honda Corporate of America. More
