Greg was great to work with! We left with a sharp Honda Civic for our 16 year old son (who absolutely loves his new car!) and there was no hassle or back and forth. Everything was quick and so easy! If you like to be lied to then Baierl automotive is your place to get a vehicle. Salesman John "JJ" Joseph will argue with you about the value of your trade in, then lie by telling you its going to be sold place to get a vehicle. Salesman John "JJ" Joseph will argue with you about the value of your trade in, then lie by telling you its going to be sold at an auction and can't give you a fair value. Then they turn around and list the car for sale on their lot 2 days later. I realize they have to make a profit but not by lying to their customers. I accepted $8000 for my trade in which was a 2017 Subaru legacy and its currently listed on their website for $13,259. My trade in vin # is 4s3bnac60h3006536 so beware Baierl Honda only paid $8000 for that car. Besides brakes, tires, and detailing the car was in very good condition and regularly serviced. That car was "supposedly going to auction" and was told his boss would get upset if we would continue to negotiate. Don't trust a word "JJ' says or his boss who seemingly has no patience or customer skills because "he" could not come out and talk to me in person!!!!! More

While working I did an online chat with someone name Kobe who claimed the car was still available. My son was recently in an accident totaling the exact same car so I was thrilled to have found another one. I made sure to ask if the car was still available as I would be driving an hr one way to test drive. They assured the car was still in their inventory and I had a 630 test drive appt. I show up only to be greeted by someone named Greg Jancosco who had an attitude from the moment I walked in. He seemed bothered and annoyed that I had done an online inquiry as he stated that they assign a sales rep and I was assigned to George who was currently with another customer. I asked if I could have the keys to go look at the car. Greg then said "I really don't want involved in any of this as its not my sale." I was dumfounded to say the least that anyone in any kind of customer service position would speak that way to a customer as they are a direct representation of the company. My brother then asked again if he could please go ask George if we could take a look at the car while he was finishing his sale. Greg walked over to George and spoke for a few minutes, then returned and said, "the car was sold a half hr ago and started to walk away." I asked how this could have happened when I drove an hr to test drive the car that they said was still available, he then said "you know what I already have been having a bad day and I don't need to listen to any of this and walked away. Never in my 52 years of life have I ever been spoken to like this from anyone much less a car salesman at a dealership. I would not return there if they were giving a car away. Do your homework, there are good company's out there but unfortunately this is not one. More

I was extremely pleased with my service for my Honda CRV. The computer said I needed a transmission fluid change, but they called me and said it had been done recently enough and I didn't need it.
