Horrendous Telephone System Baierl Chevrolet used to be a pretty top quality dealership. And they still can be, if you can get through their horrendous telephone system. It's almost as if they are deliberately trying to discourage you from calling. However, they need to realize that customers do need to speak with a live person on occasion, especially when trying to buy a car, or to schedule service, or to order parts. With their expansion into so many different brands, their phone system will often ring in at a site far from where you intended, so that when someone does answer, they might have no idea if who you're looking for is even working. Next, when scheduling service, or trying to check the status or a repair, you invariably get voice mail. Few of us can afford to sit waiting for a return call, especially if you're not wedded to a cell phone. I've tried to have my level of frustration conveyed to Lee Baierl, but apparently on deaf ears. Perhaps he's been on the phone! I would ask that he simply try to call in, and taste the experience for himself. More

Great service for my Equinox I have been to this service center twice, and each time, I have received excellent service from Lee Ann. She is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable I have been to this service center twice, and each time, I have received excellent service from Lee Ann. She is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Once I was in for regular maintenance, and the second time, most recently, I was in for repairs to the inner fender liner around my wheel well. When I damaged the liner, I called the service department immediately and spoke with Steve. He was very kind on the phone, and told me I could bring my car to the shop right away. No waiting for an appointment. When I arrived, Lee Ann checked me in and made me feel better about the mistake I had made that resulted in the liner damage. They took my car right in. The repairs were made well, promptly and for a nominal charge. Keep up the good work! More
