I looked at Subuaru (Forester), Hynduai (Sorento), Honda (Pilot or CR-V), and Nissan (Murano). When I saw the Equinox and the available incentives, I felt based on the comparative features to other SUV's on the market today I carefully choose to lease the Equinox LT 2016. I found my local dealership, Bairel Chevrolet. Their facility was nice and clean - I was offered refreshments, it was welcoming. I had spoken with them online about the availabilities of inventory prior to going. It was nice that they had an Internet feature (email service), I received quick responses from Vicki Wargo. When I arrived I met salesman Cory Branch. Cory quickly retrieved knowledgable facts about the features of the car as he showed us the vehicle and then we took it for a test drive. Cory worked quickly in tandem with management and finance (Dominick) to effectuate recieveing quotes on the different lease types or purchase variables that I had come ready to discuss. Overall it was a quick, friendly and time-efficient process while working with Baierl Chevrolet and their cohesive sales and support team. In fact, I have enjoyed this Equinox better than I estimated and have been pursuing the rest of their inventory because I can easily get estimates/quotes, from their sales/support, to consider for my next purchase/lease. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. More
A+++ Customer Service My experience in working with you (Matt) and everyone at Baierl has been amazing. From the purchase process, you have been exceptional to work with. O My experience in working with you (Matt) and everyone at Baierl has been amazing. From the purchase process, you have been exceptional to work with. Once we received the SUV, there were some minor issues (battery not working properly, windshield wipers not functioning properly, and light "shaking" between 35-50mph) that we found. I have no issue when there are small oversights, the issue is how most (if not, nearly all) dealerships deal with customers once these issues arise. Baierl is NOT one of those dealerships. You took the SUV back, and fixed them, all while picking up the automobile at our work location. Customer service gets an A+++ from our family! Moving forward, we will be sure to visit Baierl when looking for any automobile, and have shared this with our friends and family. THANK YOU for being such a great partner. More

Our salesman Tom Sensenich was not pushy, listened to what we were looking for and did not play the salesman game. He showed us exactly what we wanted and did not try to put us into something we could not afford. The whole team at Baierl were very nice and helpful. While waiting to complete paperwork, Dan Stewart walked us through and helped my wife and I understand the workings of all the accessories in the vehicle we were leasing which was a big help!!!!! Dominic Meyer explained the financing process in terms that we could understand and took his time. Also a very nice person and Tom Hull welcomed us to the Baierl family of owners. We had such a nice experience our son went out a week later and leased a truck. Great people and place to buy or lease a car. More
The worst experience How hard is it to lease a Chevy? Apparently it is impossible at Baierl Chevy! I called first, as both my wife's and my leases are coming due this mont How hard is it to lease a Chevy? Apparently it is impossible at Baierl Chevy! I called first, as both my wife's and my leases are coming due this month and being in sales I wanted to come in, as I knew 2 deals and test drives probably take longer. I spoke with the nastiest, most obnoxious salesperson, Austin Brazell. He was nice on the phone, but when I came in and asked to test drive the two vehicles we were going to lease - it seemed like I was asking him to Sherpa me up Everest! He was the and I repeat, the nastiest, most obnoxious person I ever have the misfortune to speak with. I leased my 3rd renewal leases of our Tahoe and Suburban from another Chevy dealer. More

Horrendous Telephone System Baierl Chevrolet used to be a pretty top quality dealership. And they still can be, if you can get through their horrendous telephone system. It's alm Baierl Chevrolet used to be a pretty top quality dealership. And they still can be, if you can get through their horrendous telephone system. It's almost as if they are deliberately trying to discourage you from calling. However, they need to realize that customers do need to speak with a live person on occasion, especially when trying to buy a car, or to schedule service, or to order parts. With their expansion into so many different brands, their phone system will often ring in at a site far from where you intended, so that when someone does answer, they might have no idea if who you're looking for is even working. Next, when scheduling service, or trying to check the status or a repair, you invariably get voice mail. Few of us can afford to sit waiting for a return call, especially if you're not wedded to a cell phone. I've tried to have my level of frustration conveyed to Lee Baierl, but apparently on deaf ears. Perhaps he's been on the phone! I would ask that he simply try to call in, and taste the experience for himself. More
