Brian in sales is not meant to deal with the public. He isn't helpful and has a poor attitude. He wouldn't even take pictures on his cell phone ahead of time before the pro pics. Has a fit if you offer near $500 less than price even though the car has body flaws and damage. My car began having electrical issues just weeks after buying it. These people doctor up rust on paint flaws with their wax etc. Later you notice after all that wax is gone. Brian knew that I couldn't easily recieve deliveries at my address on my license, yet without telling me, he had my title sent to the address via UPS without a signature and on a weekday, knowing that I'm gone throughout the weekdays. That title envelope that was tossed onto an open porch without cover to sit for days, wasn't there. Why in the world wouldn't they do like normal businesses and mail IMPORTANT papers via USPS and certified at that. My documents were not delivered in a secured way from the damage of the elements or theft or signature upon receiving. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They get an F as a grade for all car sells. I'm driving a car with problems and not legally because these folks are a joke. I must have waited for hours just to get them to process this car even paying cash for it. Unbelievably bad experience. I had a bad feeling dealing with a Chevy dealership, low and behold they followed through with that. More
The Baierl Chevy service center is the BEST. I had to bring my car in for service. I spoke to Claire the evening before She assured me that I could get a ride to work and back to the shop afte I had to bring my car in for service. Not only did she do it the first day but they had to order a part so I had to bring it back the next day too. Claire was great Terry dropped me off at work and another person picked me up. WONDERFUL TEAM THANK YOU SO MUCH?!!!!? More
I had a used car waiting for me to do the paper work and pickup in a few days(had to arrange a ride there) Well I called to arrange a pickup and was told the car was lent out to someone while her car was be pickup in a few days(had to arrange a ride there) Well I called to arrange a pickup and was told the car was lent out to someone while her car was being repaired and it wasn't there but should be there on the following Monday - it wasn't but they would call when it was back on the lot. When they called to tell me that I could come for it BUT it had front end damage. They would not fix it before I picked it up, that "it wasn't in their budget"!! They wanted to sell it to me wrecked AND at the same original price! I really wanted that car and since bought one with half the miles elsewhere. I will not ever deal with them again and am telling everyone what they pulled with me. More
My experience with purchasing the car was quite good. However like all car purchases it is the service that is the true test. I purchased a used Cadillac XT5 with 18,000 miles on it, of which I paid righ However like all car purchases it is the service that is the true test. I purchased a used Cadillac XT5 with 18,000 miles on it, of which I paid right around $43,000 counting the extended warranty. After I had the car a little less than 5 months I noticed the glue on the dashboard gave way that was holding down the leather and the leather began to buckle and bubble. I made an appointment with the dealership to have it looked at and repaired. When I took it in I also noticed the bubbling on the right passenger side on the dash was also bad which I just thought was because of the airbag was there. That was bad when I purchased the car which I had no idea until I looked at the other XT5's on the lot and the dash was perfectly flat. I was told that there was nothing they could do even tho the damage was there when I purchased the car. One of the service people told me to get in touch with Cadillac to see if they could do anything for me and to let them know. Another words they wanted me to do there work for them. So, I am now waiting on a response from Cadillac with absolutely no help from Baierl Chevrolet. If Cadillac does not do anything for me I will pursue legal action with a District Justice to get results. I will say this beware of the service at Baierl Chevrolet in Wexford. This is a outright disgrace. More
Phenomenal experience with this dealership and Brad Cox. I was about to give up on my car search after many bad experiences and stopped in here. So glad I did. Worst experience ever. First they put the wrong tires on. Not what we asked for. Also requested to keep the best of the old tires for a spare. Never got it and was charged for the disposal. They also didn't put the housing back on steering wheel saying they couldn't find it. It was sitting on front seat. The steering wheel was put on crooked. When I drove the truck home it was shaking. Another mechanic stated it was a broken tie rod. This should have been detected when the tires were installed. I could have had a serious accident if the wheel fell off because of this. My advice is stay away, go somewhere else. More
