Great so far I went to Baierl a month ago to test drive a Chevy Volt and Iffi took the time to talk with me, even after I said I was very unlikely to buy one since I went to Baierl a month ago to test drive a Chevy Volt and Iffi took the time to talk with me, even after I said I was very unlikely to buy one since they were more than I could really afford. I just bought a 2013 Chevy Volt at the end of November (in Ohio, they didn't have used ones at Baierl when I was looking) and since I usually came to Baierl Honda with my previous car (a 1999 Honda Civic) and they always seemed pretty above board, I thought I would give the Chevy side a try. I had them check out the car to make sure it was all the Ohio dealer said it was, had them rotate the tires and do the state inspection. Because I was in the middle of transferring the title from Ohio to PA, this took 2 trips, but Service Advisor Clay Cova took great care of me. He seemed very knowledgeable, and since he has a Volt too, he gave me some suggestions and advice from his experience so far. It was easy to get an appointment and the waiting room is very comfortable and has wifi and tables where I could work on my laptop. Clay made sure my car was washed before I left both times. Since the car model is so new and different, I want to make sure that I am taking the car to people who understand it. Iffi saw me in the waiting room and came over to ask how things were going, and recognized me even though it had been several weeks since I had been there. It was definitely a good experience and I will keep going there. More

Because of dealer inflexibility in the past (soaking on price and not installing tires of my choice with additional cost to me) I and my family have purchased at another dealership. This is about 5 new vehicles over the years. This is the first purchase which I have been pleased to negotiate with your dealership, thanks to a great extent of the efforts of your sales representative Cory Branch. He is very much a people person and very efficient and knowledgeable. He is a real credit to your organization and I hope management affords him the respect he deserves.
