If my next care is a Cadillac it will be bought from Baierl Cadillac. Tom Holderman was our salesman and spent time with us and explained each feature until we were comfortable with its operation. I feel like Ian had my best interest in mind and he took the time to make sure the car was a good fit. The personal touch really made a difference. Deplorable!!!! I purchased a new 2011 Cadillac DTS 3 yrs ago.. I have been taking my car to Baierl for service since my purchase. Monday 9/22 it went in for an inspe I purchased a new 2011 Cadillac DTS 3 yrs ago.. I have been taking my car to Baierl for service since my purchase. Monday 9/22 it went in for an inspection and oil change with 17,000 miles. After waiting almost 2 hours the service tech indicated all services had been done but there was a SLIGHT ISSUE.... The mechanic had driven my car INTO A WALL damaging the right front bumper cover. I was told by Dillon the service tech all would be handled and repaired at no cost to me..... I asked for a manager - no one was available - the service manager was on vacation and Mike Rossi the Sales manager had nothing to do with the Service Dept. - they had no cars so I had to drive home. I called later that day for status - a car was found apparently after Dillon talked to Mike Rossi. I returned Tues AM. left my car and asked for Mr Rossi - Tues was his day off no managers available - I drove home again having been told it should be completed by Friday - today. I have had NO contact from any management from Baierl with an apology or concern about the damage caused to my car - the time and rearrangement of things I had scheduled for the week and the fact my car which was pristine is now damaged and could be on some CarFax list for damage caused by the dealer. I am very disappointed and displeased with Baierl's handling of this situation. I am concerned about paint matching and any future issues with cracking or peeling given the bumper cover damage. I get better service from the local Ford dealer from whom I have never purchased a vehicle let alone a $70,000 vehicle. G. S Butler More
Outstanding service dept I have been trying for a year to get a steering issue resolved on my CTS-V several trips to another dealer and even opening a case with GM did nothing I have been trying for a year to get a steering issue resolved on my CTS-V several trips to another dealer and even opening a case with GM did nothing for me. The service dept there said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I took the car to Baierl and within 2hrs they deemed there was an internal gear failure in the steering rack and promptly ordered the parts needed. They fixed the issue in 1 day and the car now drives like a $72k high performance car should. Baierl should be the example other dealers live up to. And FYI, I didn't buy the car there but I still got 5 star treatment and guess what? When its time to look at a new Caddy guess where I'll go? More
Enjoyable Interaction with Baierl Staff Tom and the rest of the sales support staff did a great job getting my XTS. Janet and I were pleased at the ease of completing paperwork with Bill. skeptical about "certified" vehicle We bought our vehicle on a snowy night. When we looked it over the next day, we noticed a lot of things wrong with this vehicle. 1. Bad fuel gauge, sh We bought our vehicle on a snowy night. When we looked it over the next day, we noticed a lot of things wrong with this vehicle. 1. Bad fuel gauge, showing empty, they repaired at no cost to us. 2. chip on the windshield, again repaired at no cost to us. 3. Lots of scratches in a certain area, they buffed them out, but they are still there, I wish they would have repainted it. 4. Both mirrors were scratched and had a bad touch up job, they did nothing about this. 5. The front bumper, grill, and silver trim on the front scratched, they would not repair. 6.The drivers side brake light was cracked, they repaird at no cost to us 7. It only came with one set of keys and they were not going to make us a second set. they did though after we went to them with all of these problems. 8. did not get a car fax before vehicle was purchased, only after the fact when we went back with these problems. Overall, i love my vehicle. I am glad that baierl fixed all that they did, but very disappointed that this was a "certified" vehicle. A bad fuel gauge, chip in windshield, brake light cracked????? Shouldn't these all have been checked when the "certification" was done? I'm a little hesitant about how well the vehicle was really checked over. I hope that nothing else goes wrong with this vehicle............. More
