Customer Service We had just purchased a 2015 SRX and leased a 2015 XTS. We were very pleased with our purchases (previous Lexus owners). From the start, my SRX would "miss" (like it was kicking into 1st gear) when I was moving up at a red light and frequently when I was in "stop & go" traffic. It bothered me a lot, but I believed it was probably a timing issue and chose to wait until my 1st oil change. I took it in at about 5100 miles and requested a loaner. Two days later I was told that they were not sure what was causing the problem and was informed that they would correct the problem by switching out my 2015 SRX with 5100+ miles with a 2015 SRX (same options) with 3 miles on it. Persistence paid off My 2013 Cadillac XTS was brought in for service in late November. The car interior was left covered in grease on all four door panels, floor mats and the dashboard. This was not noticed until the next day because I picked it up at night. I completed the survey I received from the dealership and noted my concern. I was quickly contacted by Dylan, a service rep, who initially seemed very concerned. I told him I had already spent a few hours cleaning it and he asked what he could do to make it right. I declined any compensation, but he persisted. I had inquired previously about the 2015 navigation system update, so Dylan said he would compensate me by providing the update at no charge. He stated he would call me back after he got approval from the service manager, Kevin. I heard back from Dylan in December and he told me it had been approved and it should be in shortly. He said if I did not hear back from him in January to give him a call. I called in January and Dylan said it had not yet come in. I called in February and was told again by Dylan that it had still not come in. I called in March and spoke with Regina who said she had no idea what I was talking about and that Dylan was no longer there and Kevin had moved to another Baierl dealership (Kia). She said she would look into it and get back to me. She never called. In March, I was back for an oil change and spoke with Rich, the service writer, who notated it in the computer and said he would look into it and get back to me. He never called. In April, I called and spoke with Regina again who again told me she would look into it and get back to me. She again neglected to do so. In May, I called and asked to speak with the general manager and was told he was on vacation, so they put me through to the assistant service manager, Jim's, voicemail. I left a detailed message for Jim explaining all of my previous experiences with his employees and the still unresolved issue at hand. He never called back. In the beginning of June, I called yet again and spoke with Regina who was obviously bothered by my call. Although I had spoken with her two times previously, she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. She claimed to take note of my problem and said she would refer it to Jim because that's all she was able to do. I explained I had left him a message and never heard back from him in addition to all of the other contacts who had failed me. It is now June 18th and I am still waiting to hear back from anyone who will follow through on the promise they made to me in November. Terrible customer service and business practices. Not only did they leave my Cadillac filthy, they never even had the common courtesy to return my phone calls regarding the compensation they insisted I accept. ***I was finally contacted in June by Mike Rossi, the General Manager, who said he was unaware of the issues I had experienced. He had my nav upgrade within a week of speaking to me and threw in a full detail for all of my troubles. He was very apologetic and took ownership of the problem on behalf of his employees. More

I signed because of Mike Rossi and Don Bell Mike Rossi and Don Bell are the two reasons I returned to Baierl Cadillac. Life happens and these two gentlemen understood that. Cadillac makes a be Mike Rossi and Don Bell are the two reasons I returned to Baierl Cadillac. Life happens and these two gentlemen understood that. Cadillac makes a beautiful line of vehicles. However, I was not sure this was my best option. There was much more to our conversation then finding a way to put me in a new car. We mapped out my personal financial situation and figured out a path that would make the most sense. Thankfully, this landed me in a 2015 CTS4. Though I am very appreciative the drive such a beautiful vehicle, I am most thankful to have such caring individuals who did not offer an ounce of pressure to assist in a big financial commitment. I will recommend Mike Rossi and Don Bell to my financial network of business professionals in Pittsburgh and surrounding states. The class of vehicle can sell itself, but having such quality individuals represent this line is what will make or break a deal. You can buy a car from any dealership really... but it is people like Mike and Don that make you want to come back and remain loyal. More

Ian struck the perfect balance of providing valuable information while never pressuring me even the slightest bit into making a decision until I was ready. I sincerely did not feel like I was just a customer while working with Ian I felt like he was going above and beyond to translate what I was saying into placing me into my dream car. The man is very informed and very patient. I usually dread the car purchasing ordeal but I must say this is most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a 2008 Cadillac here five years ago from Baierl and had all maintenance performed at Baierl. I just purchased a new 2014 CTS. The deal I received was excellent and the treatment and professionalism of both Don Bell and Mike Rossi was something very special. The purchase of a new Cadillac is one of my life dreams come true and these gentlemen made the very most of this experience. I intend to recommend Baierl and especially Don and Mike to anyone I can think of that wants this type of dealer experience. More
