Bought a 2016 SRX which Joe arranged to get cleaned up and ready while I went out to lunch. Traded a Honda in on the deal and was not initially pleased with the offer. Joe made sure I was getting a fair number for my Honda by taking it over to the Bairel Honda dealer and also having them appraise it in additional the Cadillac team. Ultimately came back at a fair price. No pressure - just relaxed conversation walking through the new car, explaining the options on buy/lease and letting me make my own judgments without pushing one way or another. Will use Joe again. Service department is awful! Service department is awful. .we bought a used vehicle from them brakes were noisey from the beginning.. had to take the car back 4 times to be fixed Service department is awful. .we bought a used vehicle from them brakes were noisey from the beginning.. had to take the car back 4 times to be fixed and they still squeak..seriously can't fix brakes! Rude and acted like they were doing me a favor..fixing them on the first try would have been nice .. I wasn't inconvenience so many times..By the way brakes are still loud! More
