My wife and I weren't anticipating buying another car this year, but when one of our vehicles broke down, we had it towed to the dealership. When we learned that it was a significant repair, the service department gave us a lowner vehicle (a new SRX) while we waited to decide if we wanted to pay for the repair or simply trade in the car and buy a new vehicle. We got connected with Joe Feldkircher, and we were so pleased with every step of the process that occurred in the next few days. First of all, he was very understanding of the need that we didn't want to make an overnight impulsive decision. Second, he was so professional in every way. He worked to get us the deal that we needed on the trade in value combined with Baierl discounts on a new vehicle that made it a good deal for us. And he did this without wasting any of our time with the game-playing that so many car salesmen and dealerships typically do. On the other hand, spending any amount of time we needed to learn all of the car's features was no issue for him to take whatever time we needed (on the day of the purchase as well as coming back for more "training". I highly recommend this dealership.....from the service department, to the management, and especially with my most recent experience with the salesman, Joe Feldkircher. I have no desire to use any other dealership for my future purchases or maintenance of our vehicles. More

I would also highly recommend that buyers explore the idea of buying their "Courtesy Car" that only has a few miles driven but results in a valuable savings! Bob Connolly was very patient and took a considerable amount of time to demonstrate all of the "Bells & Whistles" to my wife and I. The spaciousness of the seating area and the huge trunk will be very important to us on our frequent golf trips with clubs and luggage. This is the reason that my past car, my wife's, my brother and sister-in-law, and all of their three girls have bought cars at Baierl. Plus, you got to love the car wash service every time you bring in your car for any service. It does a great job on the stubborn tires and wheels on today's cars. More
