As far as the dealership, it was so clean and pretty. My sales rep, Ian Rabold, was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made this car buying experience the best I've ever had. He took time to show me all the terrific features of the car, but we had a good time doing it. His parting words to me were, "have a safe trip home". I feel like I made a new friend.
