I was very impressed with Bill and his knowledge of your cars in your location and your competitors cars. I actually purchased a vehicle from another sales person in the dealership several years prior and s cars in your location and your competitors cars. Bill was very kind and offered to help me each time I stopped in the absense of the other sales person. After the third time, I said to him that I was interested in buying a car in the next few days and wanted him to sell it to me. He knew I was shopping around at your competitors and also your Greensburg location which was 30 minutes closer to my home. He was not pushy but always gave me reasons to come back to your dealership. Bill was also helping me find a lower budgeted car for my children in your different locations. During my search for a car, I had a budget in mind and thought I was going to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Bill took the time to do the analysis with me for several different cars at your location. Bill not only sold me on a new car but also a car that was almost $10,000 over my initial budget! I am not a emotional buyer and was not pressured in anyway. The Acura TSX model I purchased was a very good decision for me and my children. Bill was a very solid salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. More
I am not a fan of the car buying process at all because I have always felt like I have been pressured into buying while I was there. At no time did I feel any pressure from him to buy when I wasn't entirely comfortable or that I was simply being "sold" to. I would highly recommend Baierl and specifically Bill if you are in the process of car shopping. For a smaller lot compared to others in size, their inventory was greater than all of the other "larger" dealers as well. Thanks Bill, I love my car already! More

Mary Beth is very detailed regarding the entire purchasing process. I received an extremely fair trade in value and a very reasonable purchase price for the MDX. This was the 7th car I have purchased at Bairel Acura since 2/5/2005. I am very pleased with the service department. Chris Kopas behind the service desk makes certain that every request is fulfilled. My fleet of 4 Bairel Acura cars are always washed, vacuumed and interior windows cleaned with each service visit. Recently he had one of my vehicles waxed as well. I have found that Bairel Acura is always true to their word, no matter what. Such honesty is unheard of in the car business. I can always fully trust Bairel Acura. I plan to continue to update my fleet in the future through Bairel Acura and Mary Beth Belsito. More

From the moment we entered the dealership, her engaging smile and warm personality set the tone for the day. She was honest, knowledgeable, and even fun. She thoroughly explained every detail between the different packages, options, and models we were interested in. After settling on the RDX all-wheel drive with the Tech package, we were fortunate that Baierl had the color combination that we wanted on the lot. Now it was time for the most important and usually the most stressful process in purchasing a new car: negotiating the price. Mary Beth was more than fair and started the process with an aggressive offer stating immediately that she wanted our business. Within a short time and a counter offer a deal was reached and my wife and I were both ecstatic with the price. The manager offered us fair value for our trade-in as well. Finally, after purchasing the car, Mary Beth spent 2 hours reviewing the tech package, navigation system, bluetooth phone setup, and even assisted in moving our son's car seat and getting it latched in. In other words, the service was incredible. We have only one person to thank for our wonderful experience and or great new car: Mary Beth Belsito. More
