Had some issues with the voice recognition with Ryan (still doesn't seem to work correctly). But he was very friendly and personable. Was a little dissapointed on the trade in value of our SUV. But we did get a nice loan rate. The "paperwork guy" (forget his name) in the back was also very friendly and knoledgable. I feel so lucky to have had Mary Beth Belsito answer the telephone when I called because from that point on, I felt so comfortable, welcomed, and informed. She took care of every question I had, as well as her making me feel that my inquiry and/or possible purchase was important - and that she made herself accessible for questions, phone calls, etc. We did purchase the vehicle the next day, and I thank Mary Beth Belsito for her help during this process.
