Baierl Acura has been my go -to one stop shop for my last 4 cars. I just purchased a 2014 RDX this past Saturday and the process was flawless. With all my purchases I have worked with sales rep Tim Wilson that has gone above and beyond to ensure I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. Tim Wilson is friednly , knowledgable and has the customers best interest in mind. I would refer anyone to Tim Wilson he has exceeded my expectations by far providing excellent CS, working with me on a payment that i am comfortable with and taking care of all the extra steps such as contacting my insurance. I will only work with Tim Wilson when buying in the future. More
MaryBeth was friendly, easy to talk to, and she listened to my concerns and needs when purchasing a new Acura MDX. She sent hours with me making sure I felt comfortable in the car and with all the new techn to my concerns and needs when purchasing a new Acura MDX. We traveled to the dealer to test drive a vehicle and drove home with the perfect vehicle for us. Our salesman, Matt Willson, was highly competent about the brand and the specific vehicle. He took his time, listened to us, answered our questions, and walked us through the entire process. There was no guessing, no gimmicks. Once we settled on the specific vehicle and determined availability, Matt presented us with a cost sheet outlining the sticker price, purchase price trade, trade in value, interest rate, and payments. Everything was honest, open and transparent. This team of folks EXCEEDED my expectations with respect to the car purchase experience. I highly recommend them. The only drawback to the experience was that the dealership is so popular that from the time we walked in the door to the time we drive our new car off the lot exceeded 5 hours. This had nothing to do with the salesperson, and everything to do with the finance person. More

Matt did a great job getting me to your dealership, and once there he did a great job convincing me that the Acura RDX was the right automobile for us. His friendly approach, and good attitude made it a pleasure to do with business with him. I spent less time with Simms on this transaction, but found him to have a friendly outgoing personality. He made me feel comfortable while we went over the required paperwork. He had his ducks in line from the start. The process went very smoothly, and he had all the answers to any questions at his fingertips. I will make an effort to promote your dealership to friends, and family. I was able to drive off the lot feeling comfortable using all the controls which were a tremendous change compared to what I was used to in my 2006 MDX. My hat off to Matt he is an asset to the dealership. Mary Beth Belsito: A true pro!. She handled the test drive and the most of the pricing. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt rushed although we found out later she had another couple waiting to see her. She was able to explain features of the 2014 MDX with the advance package that were of importance to us. The ones that were not relevant to us, she only briefly mentioned. She made the buying process much less stressful. When a suggestion was made and we declined she thanked us for listening and went on to the next subject. The lack of pressure was refreshing and made the entire experience exciting for us. Shawn Ludwig: He finalized the sale for us using both respect and a little humor which was the correct approach for us. This is the second sale in which he was involved, the first as our 2010 RDX three years ago. The continuity of having a familiar face was refreshing. He did not waste our time and made us feel as though we were the most important customer in the building that day. More
