When we decided to purchase the TLX, he went out of his way to keep us informed of where our car was on the production line and when the tentative date of arrival would be. The day we picked up the car Bob stayed past his quitting time to accommodate us and the couple that was to buy our car in a courtesy trade. The paper work was ready when we came in and was wrapped very quickly. He spent so much time with me going over the MANY features in the TLX and really stressed the fact that I could call him at any time with any questions in the future. Bob has since called to check in to see how things are going as well. This was honestly one of the nicest, smoothest car buying experiences we have ever had.
