Even though Baierl knows I am a loyal customer, it is nice to still feel appreciated for my business and not taken for granted. More

Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful and really took the time to make sure we had no questions. Even after the sale of the car was done Tim has gone above and beyond. He was so sweet with our two little children. Our daughter liked him so much that she wanted Tim to come home with us. Tim checked in with us the next day to make sure we did not have any questions which is really above and beyond. Most sales people would not put in this extra effort once they have secured the sale. We have used Baierl family of dealers for 3 car purchases over the years and the experience has always been good. I will say though that Tim's customer service was above everyone else's.
