I do have to say that Ken McCosby did step up to the plate. He was recommended by my previous salesman George. He was very helpful, kind and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of properly. This newest purchase was a pre-owned, Q-Certified, diamond white 2014 Acura MDX with a parchment leather interior. The price was right, so we traded in our first Acura ever purchased, a 2005 silver MDX with more than 187,500 trouble free, reliable miles. This 2014 MDX is incredibly smooth on the road and very quiet. Mary Beth is extremely thorough in touching base with every imaginable detail involved with each of my last 6 purchases at Bairel. She misses nothing. She is always willing to spend the necessary time to review all the new technology that comes with your purchase. Recommended unneeded workad The engine mounts in my car (1998 Acura Integra) were broken, so the engine was basically clanking around on turns. I took it in to have this issue f The engine mounts in my car (1998 Acura Integra) were broken, so the engine was basically clanking around on turns. I took it in to have this issue fixed. The quote for this was $400; high, but it needed done so I had them do the work and that was fine. However, they also recommended unneeded work. This including all new, replaced rotors (I got three follow up opinions and not one even recommended machining them, they were fine) and a new slave cylinder (it was fine) with concurrent unneeded clutch work.
