Overall Great Experience! I've been shopping for a new car a while now. Went to several dealers and finally really decided on the Acura RDX. Went to a local dealer here in Ohio I've been shopping for a new car a while now. Went to several dealers and finally really decided on the Acura RDX. Went to a local dealer here in Ohio and they were very judgmental as I'm young and really didn't want bothered with me. This is when I reached out to Bariel Acura in Pittsburgh (about 1/hour from me). I sent an e-mail showing interest and Matthew Wilson got back with me that same day even though it was a Sunday. Later that week I went to the dealership and asked for Matt and he was busy with another customer (my fault for not calling first) so he got me all setup to talk to another salesman Ryan Casselberry. Ryan was great he we were able to go for a test drive in the car and the negotiation process was pretty painless. No back and fourth trips to the manager. He was very up front and honest. He kept in contact with me via e-mail but was never a pest. He even was able to negotiate a little more off the MSRP via my e-mail and get a Acura remote start put in my new car ($600 value) for free. This was very exciting for me as I really love the remote start and I was really going to miss it from my previous vehicle. When I came back to look at the RDX again Ryan was able to accommodate another test drive and fill out the paperwork all on short notice. He was never pushy and always very nice when visiting the dealership. Then pickup was a breeze Ryan and Matthew had everything coordinated and Matthew was able to show me around the new car and get things set up to my liking he even informed me to e-mail him anytime if I had any new car questions and or concerns and he could help me through it. Overall, I have to say I am very happy with my new car and was very happy to deal with Ryan and Matthew. They are a great team (I'm very happy I made the hour drive) and make car buying a little less painless and nerve-racking. I look forward to a continued relationship with Baierl Acura and Matt and Ryan with my future car buying needs. More

Despite the small chance of an immediate sale, Ken McCosby was very friendly, attentive and more than patient with us as we went through a couple of test drives and weighed our preferences. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the Acura line as well as other lines. Sim was another pro on the finance side. He got us a killer finance rate and walked us through our options so we could make an informed decision on deal structure, warranty, maintetance, etc. In the end, we bought the car we wanted and could not be happier. We couldn't pick up our vehicle until after work so we didn't get there until early evening. Special thanks to Mary Beth Belsito for her friendliness, personal attention & for taking the extra time to walk us through the how-to's of the great tech package that came with our vehicle-part of which took place outside in the freezing cold & on her birthday no less! Also thanks to Sims Miess for handling the business end of the transaction & for being so personable & nice to talk to. We will definitely return to Baierl again & we'll also recommend them to our friends & family. Again, many thanks all! More
almost great I purchased a used acura. John treated me very well- with the same courtesy you would exoect if buying a new high end car. The vehicle was just as adv I purchased a used acura. The only glitch in the whole process was a bottleneck at the finance manager who does the paperwork. This did result in a longer than expected experience. John and Ryan were both great -from a very fast returned email to the purchase. Overall a nice experience at Baierl. More
