The recent purchase of my Acura was as pleasant an experience as I have had. The General Manager, Fred, was welcoming and helpful. The Salesperson, Tim, gave my wife and I the "red carpet treatment." The Finance manager, Sims, was friendly, informative and helpful. I had to schedule an appointment to have some accessories added and Liz called me within moments of my departure from the dealership. These are all exceptional people and make it very easy to write a glowing review. They do car sales the way it should be done with a strong emphasis on a welcoming atmosphere, the customer as the priority, the deep value placed on relationship with the customer, and professionalism in all facets of the car buying experience. Best Vehicle Purchase Experience EVER! I had the pleasure of buying a Certified 2012 Acura MDX from Ryan Casselberry last week. I had spoken to Ryan ahead of time and he had everything I had the pleasure of buying a Certified 2012 Acura MDX from Ryan Casselberry last week. I had spoken to Ryan ahead of time and he had everything set up when I arrived 2 hours late. Ryan was most gracious and professional during the entire deal. The negotiations were fair, not pressured and I was given a reasonable value for my trade. We reached an agreement at the close of business on Thursday evening. I asked if I could take delivery the following day. Without hesitation Ryan agreed and we made plans for a late afternoon pick up. Unbeknownst to me, Friday was actually his day off. He came in just for me and spent a great deal of time explaining the rather complicated options (The vehicle has both the Technology and Advance Packages and I am not the most tech savvy person out there!) Ryan stayed to help me even after the dealership had closed for the evening. I cannot tell you how impressed I was by his genuine concern. Kudos to Ryan for making this experience such a pleasant and memorable one. Baierl Acura is fortunate to have someone who puts the customer ahead of himself. That is rare this day in age.
